Você será responsável pela gestão integral da loja, atuando de forma próxima à equipe e ao negócio para garantir excelência operacional, desenvolvimento das pessoas, qualidade no atendimento e alcance dos resultados.Buscamos alguém com visão de negócio, liderança próxima e capacidade de transformar indicadores em ações práticas para a loja.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesGerenciar a operação diária da loja, garantindo organização, funcionamento, processos e cumprimento dos padrões da empresa;Liderar, acompanhar e desenvolver a equipe, realizando gestão de desempenho, feedbacks e direcionamentos;Acompanhar os principais indicadores da loja, como vendas, atingimento de metas, conversão, ticket médio e produtividade, identificando oportunidades e definindo planos de ação;Atuar na construção e execução de estratégias para alcance das metas e crescimento dos resultados;Garantir uma experiência de atendimento alinhada ao posicionamento e aos valores da marca;Acompanhar escalas, jornadas, folgas, banco de horas e demais rotinas relacionadas à gestão da equipe;Apoiar os processos de recrutamento, seleção, integração, treinamento e desenvolvimento dos colaboradores da loja;Identificar necessidades de desenvolvimento da equipe e atuar junto às áreas responsáveis na construção de ações;Trabalhar em parceria com RH, Comercial, Visual Merchandising, Logística e demais áreas, garantindo alinhamento entre as necessidades da loja e do negócio;Garantir o cumprimento das políticas, procedimentos e normas de segurança da empresa;Acompanhar estoque, exposição de produtos e demais aspectos da operação que impactem a experiência do cliente e os resultados;Identificar oportunidades de melhoria e propor soluções para otimizar processos, atendimento e performance da unidade.

Requisitos e qualificações Ensino médio completo;Experiência anterior como Gerente ou Supervisora de Loja;Experiência comprovada em gestão de equipes;Experiência com acompanhamento de metas e indicadores de vendas;Disponibilidade para atuar em horário de varejo, incluindo finais de semana e feriados, conforme escala.
