Buscamos um profissional para atuar como Gerente de Loja - Dark Kitchen, responsável por liderar e garantir a excelência da operação de delivery da Yogoberry na unidade de Pinheiros, atuando de forma estratégica e operacional para impulsionar vendas, otimizar resultados, gerenciar indicadores de desempenho e assegurar a melhor experiência possível ao cliente. Será responsável pela gestão da equipe, acompanhamento da operação em tempo real, monitoramento de pedidos, avaliações, promoções, estoque, produtividade e motivos de cancelamento ou devolução, promovendo ações de melhoria contínua. Atuará com foco em relacionamento com clientes, qualidade operacional, cumprimento de metas e maximização dos resultados da unidade, garantindo a eficiência de uma operação 100% voltada para delivery.

💻 Principais AtividadesGarantir a operação nos padrões de qualidade e atendimento Yogoberry;Higienização: organizar e manter a loja e a Dark Kitchen com o máximo padrão de Treinamentos e Diretrizes: Participar dos treinamentos presenciais da franqueadora, bem como aderir e aplicar todas as mudanças nas diretrizes, regras de operação, higiene e gestão da equipe;Organizar e manter a loja e a Dark Kitchen com o máximo padrãode higiene;Recrutar, treinar, supervisionar e desenvolver a equipe operacional;Realizar inventário, gerenciar estoque e comprar materiais e insumos;Conferir em sistema (Omie) as notas fiscais e os boletos de compras e liberar para o financeiro;Realizar o fechamento de folhas de ponto, com observações de faltas, atrasos, horas extras, atestados, afastamentos e reportar para o time de departamento pessoal;Gerenciar orçamento e examinar dados financeiros para reportar à franqueadora;Realizar as solicitações e fazer o acompanhamento de manutenção hidráulica, elétrica, de sistema de refrigeração de ar-condicionado, de máquinas de sorvetes, geladeiras, freezers, e reparos em geral da loja;Estar disponível para fazer a abertura ou o fechamento da loja quando necessárioRequisitos e qualificações✅ RequisitosEnsino médio completo;Experiência prévia como gerente de loja;Experiência com manuseio e gestão de plataformas de delivery;Experiência e vivência em delivery de restaurantes;Flexibilidade de horário para escala 6x1;Ser exemplo em comunicação e manter um ótimo relacionamento com toda a equipe e fornecedores.Disponibilidade para atuação 100% presencial em Pinheiros/SP; ☀️ DiferenciaisEnsino superior cursando;Informações adicionais 🎁 Diferenciais
