Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRealizar a gestão geral da loja, garantindo a excelência da operação e dos resultados comerciais;Liderar, desenvolver e acompanhar a equipe, promovendo engajamento, desenvolvimento e alta performance;Realizar atendimento personalizado aos clientes, garantindo uma experiência de excelência;Prospectar e contatar potenciais clientes, ampliando oportunidades de negócio e relacionamento;Divulgar promoções, preços, lançamentos e demais ações comerciais, de acordo com as estratégias e metas estabelecidas;Receber, conferir, organizar e controlar as mercadorias destinadas à loja;Realizar a conferência e o fechamento de caixa, garantindo a acuracidade dos processos;Construir e fortalecer relacionamentos com clientes, promovendo satisfação, fidelização e recorrência de compras;Apresentar produtos de forma consultiva, destacando suas características, benefícios e diferenciais;Acompanhar indicadores de desempenho e traçar estratégias para o alcance e superação das metas de vendas;Identificar oportunidades comerciais e propor ações para potencializar os resultados da loja.Requisitos e qualificaçõesExperiência sólida em vendas e atuação no varejo, preferencialmente em segmentos de produtos de alto valor agregado;Experiência sólida em liderança e gestão de pessoas;Excelente comunicação, relacionamento interpessoal e capacidade de persuasão;Perfil comercial, com orientação para resultados e forte motivação para o alcance de metas;Capacidade de construir e manter relacionamentos duradouros com clientes;Conhecimento em técnicas de vendas, negociação e fechamento;Facilidade para trabalhar com metas, indicadores e em ambientes dinâmicos;Perfil estratégico, proativo e orientado à resolução de problemas;Forte orientação para o cliente e compromisso com a excelência no atendimento;Capacidade de desenvolver equipes e promover um ambiente de alta performance.Informações adicionaisComissão de vendas.
