Nosso jeito de trabalhar valoriza o cuidado, a união, o crescimento, a simplicidade e a construção de resultados em equipe.Buscamos um(a) Gerente de Loja para atuar na gestão integral da unidade, garantindo a excelência da operação, o desenvolvimento da equipe e o alcance dos resultados comerciais e financeiros.Essa pessoa terá um papel estratégico no dia a dia da loja, atuando próximo ao time, acompanhando indicadores, garantindo a execução dos processos e buscando oportunidades para melhorar a experiência dos clientes e os resultados da unidade.Se você gosta de liderar pessoas, trabalhar com metas, tomar decisões e transformar desafios em oportunidades, essa oportunidade pode ser para você.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesGerenciar a operação da loja, garantindo organização, segurança e cumprimento dos processos;Liderar, desenvolver e acompanhar a equipe, metas e desempenho;Acompanhar indicadores de vendas, margem, ticket médio, perdas e estoque;Garantir a execução das rotinas operacionais, comerciais e administrativas;Acompanhar estoque, abastecimento, validade e organização da loja;Atuar em conjunto com o farmacêutico responsável técnico, garantindo conformidade com normas e políticas internas;Acompanhar os canais digitais de vendas, como delivery, iFood e call center;Realizar reuniões, orientações e feedbacks com a equipe.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino superior completo ou em andamento em Administração, Gestão Comercial, Farmácia ou áreas correlatas;Experiência anterior com gestão ou liderança no varejo;Boa comunicação, organização, liderança e capacidade de tomada de decisão;Foco em metas, resultados e gestão de pessoas;Disponibilidade de horário conforme necessidade da operação.Será um diferencial:Experiência no varejo farmacêutico;Conhecimento em indicadores de desempenho e gestão de estoque;Vivência com canais digitais de vendas, como delivery e iFood;Conhecimento básico em Excel e normas sanitárias.Informações adicionaisCLT - efetivo - 44 horas semanaisConvênio com nossas farmáciasSalário compatível com o mercado
