Analisar KPIs de Vendas e Produtividade, definindo planos de ação para melhoria de performance. Reportar indicadores. Atuar presencialmente na loja e no salão de vendas nos dias de maior fluxo e receita. Realizar atendimentos conforme TME (tempo médio de experiência). Abordar e atender Clientes de Alto Valor proativamente, além de clientes críticos quando necessário. Participar de alinhamentos com regional e áreas centrais. Gerenciar todos os aspectos da loja: Aplicar CheckLojas; Preparar e conduzir reuniões diárias; Escala; Padronizar operação e processos; Gerir estoque e caixa Responsável pela gestão de todos os cargos da loja (incluindo HE, BH, TO).Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino médio completo. Experiência em gestão de equipes e operação de loja. Foco em resultados e indicadores. Habilidade para atendimento ao cliente e resolução de problemas. Conhecimento em análise de KPIs e planos de ação.
