Procuramos uma pessoa com perfil de liderança, visão comercial e paixão por pessoas, que tenha experiência em varejo e esteja preparada para conduzir uma operação desde sua abertura, construindo uma equipe forte, engajada e focada em resultados.Mais do que administrar uma loja, buscamos alguém que queira construir uma operação de sucesso, formar um time de alta performance e fazer parte de um novo projeto desde o início.

Responsabilidades e atribuições Gerenciar a operação da loja, garantindo o cumprimento dos padrões, processos da marca;Liderar, desenvolver e acompanhar a equipe, promovendo um ambiente de trabalho colaborativo, motivador e orientado para resultados;Realizar gestão de metas e indicadores de desempenho, acompanhando diariamente os resultados e desenvolvendo planos de ação para atingimento dos objetivos;Garantir a excelência no atendimento e proporcionar uma experiência diferenciada aos clientes, fortalecendo o relacionamento e a fidelização;Atuar diretamente no desenvolvimento comercial da loja, identificando oportunidades para potencializar vendas e resultados;Acompanhar o desempenho individual dos colaboradores, fornecendo feedbacks e direcionamentos para o desenvolvimento profissional;Participar dos processos de recrutamento, seleção, integração e treinamento da equipe;Garantir a organização da loja, exposição dos produtos e cumprimento das orientações de Visual Merchandising;Acompanhar e garantir a correta gestão de estoque, inventários, recebimento de mercadorias e movimentações de produtos;Acompanhar indicadores de vendas, conversão, ticket médio, produtividade e demais KPIs da operação;Elaborar e acompanhar planos de ação para melhoria dos resultados;Garantir o cumprimento das políticas e procedimentos internos da empresa;Requisitos e qualificaçõesExperiência em gestão de lojas e liderança de equipes;Vivência no varejo, preferencialmente no segmento de moda;Forte orientação para resultados e indicadores;Habilidade para desenvolver, motivar e engajar pessoas;Perfil comercial, estratégico e organizado;Excelência no atendimento e foco na experiência do cliente;Boa comunicação, iniciativa e capacidade de tomada de decisão;Identificação com o universo da moda e do varejo premium.
