O Grupo Brinox tem como propósito transformar positivamente o dia a dia das pessoas.Se você acredita que tem o Nosso Jeito, venha fazer parte do nosso time!Estamos com uma oportunidade para Gerente de Loja .Se você reside em Linhares - ES e tem interesse em fazer parte do Grupo Brinox, esta é a sua oportunidade.Junte-se a nós para fazer a diferença!Responsabilidades e atribuições Responsabilidades e atribuições: Gerenciar a equipe de vendedores, atendentes e operadores de caixas da loja no modelo de gestão de pessoas, promovendo desenvolvimento comportamental, bem como melhoria no clima organizacional;Acompanhar diariamente as atividades da equipe, avaliando resultados, provendo qualificação técnica quando necessário e garantindo o cumprimento das regras de atuação acordadas;Elaborar e monitorar planilhas e indicadores para acompanhamento gerencial do varejo;Apurar comissão dos vendedores quando cabível;Acompanhar o fechamento de caixa, faturamento diário e indicadores de resultados da loja, visando a eficácia no gerenciamento do processo de vendas;Criar e acompanhar promoções e campanhas de vendas;Controlar estoque, entrada e saída de mercadorias e realizar inventários cíclicos a fim de garantir a acuracidade;Garantir a organização e disposição das mercadorias na loja, novos layouts de exposição; marcações de preços e demais rotinas operacionais do varejo;Atuar em processos de seleção e contratação de novos colaboradores, treinamento e desenvolvimento de equipe, elaborar escalas de trabalho e férias, entre outras atividades de cunho operacional referente ao quadro funcional;Participar e acompanhar o planejamento da área de atuação;Manter uma comunicação eficaz com sua equipe de trabalho e demais áreas da empresa;Garantir o cumprimento dos procedimentos estabelecidos pela empresa e metas estabelecidas da área;Contribuir para o desenvolvimento de atividades diversas, quando necessário e ou solicitado pelo superior;

Requisitos e qualificações Requisitos e qualificações: 

Fique atento aos requisitos exigidos para esta função:Ensino Superior completo em Gestão Comercial, Administração ou áreas correlatas;Vivência com Atendimento ao Público;Sólida experiência em Gestão de Pessoas;Excel nível Intermediário;Conhecimento em Código de Defesa do Consumidor.

Será um diferencial se você tiver:Excel em nível avançado;Conhecimento em Power BI;Curso Técnica de Vendas, negociação e/ou similares;Conhecimento do mercado de utilidades domésticas;Boa comunicação verbal e apresentação pessoal.
