Responsabilidades e atribuições Desenvolver, avaliar e acompanhar as estratégias comerciais junto à equipe, reforçando diariamente a missão, visão e valores da companhia;Planejar, organizar e acompanhar as rotinas operacionais, garantindo o cumprimento dos processos e padrões estabelecidos;Acompanhar os resultados e indicadores de performance, elaborando planos de ação para garantir o atingimento das metas;Garantir a excelência no atendimento ao cliente, nos processos de CRM, fidelização e pós-venda;Participar dos processos seletivos, contribuindo para a formação de equipes alinhadas à cultura e aos objetivos da organização;Realizar e reforçar treinamentos, assegurando a aplicação das diretrizes e boas práticas no dia a dia;Acompanhar e garantir a gestão de estoque, assegurando a organização, o controle e a acuracidade dos produtos;Supervisionar os processos administrativos, comerciais, financeiros e operacionais, conforme as diretrizes da companhia;Garantir a execução das campanhas de marketing, ações comerciais e orientações de visual merchandising;Liderar, inspirar, motivar e desenvolver a equipe, promovendo o engajamento e o alcance dos resultados estabelecidos pela companhia.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Médio Completo, desejável superior completo ou cursando;Experiência em varejo;Aptidão para excelência no atendimento ao cliente;Prática no acompanhamento e desenvolvimento de equipes;Habilidade para trabalhar com metas;Disponibilidade de horário (será considerado um diferencial).Informações adicionaisBENEFÍCIOS:Vale Transporte;Vale Alimentação/Refeição;Plano de Saúde;Premiações.
