Seja um denós! Estamos no mercado há mais de 30 anos, e somos líder demercado no segmento de manutenção industrial, mantendo e melhorando asegurança, a produção e o desempenho dos equipamentos em mais de 300instalações do mundo todo.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesGerenciar negócios da empresa no local; Implementar contratos e projetos de manutenção; Garantir todas as atividades de Full Service de acordo com orçamento pré-definido; Garantir um ambiente de trabalho seguro dentro de todos os regulamentos e padrões de OHSEQ (Saúde Ocupacional, Segurança, Meio Ambiente e Qualidade); Estabelecer e manter práticas de manutenção da qualidade; Responsável pelos contratos;Fazer o controle dos resultados dos negócios de manutenção; Garantir a entrega de serviços aos clientes;Participar e facilitar das reuniões de segurança;Realizar auditorias internas de acordo com o processo de planejamento e diretoria;Garantir a implementação efetiva do Plano Diretor de Gerenciamento de Manutenção;Preparar as apresentações mensais das reuniões e desenvolver planos de ação; Gerenciar questões de Recursos humanos e administrar os funcionários da equipe;Controlar os resultados e fazer melhoria contínua dos negócios de manutenção.Requisitos e qualificaçõesPARA ESTA VAGA É NECESSÁRIO QUE VOCÊ TENHA:Experiência anterior de 05 anos e com gestão de equipes multidisciplinares;Cursos relevantes de Manutenção, Projeto ou Gestão de Negócios;Graduação em engenharia nas especialidades de mecânica ou elétrica;Pós-graduação em gerenciamento de manutenção (Como diferencial);Liderança e foco no cliente;Pós-graduação em gerenciamento de manutenção (Como diferencial);Conhecimento sólido gerenciamento de manutenção;Construir uma equipe de sucesso.Informações adicionais
