O trabalho envolve escutar o produtor, entender sua realidade e apoiar com orientação, produtos e serviços que realmente façam sentido para a sua atividade.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesO Gerente de Negócios Agro I é responsável por administrar e desenvolver uma carteira de associados do segmento Agronegócio, atendendo produtores de menor a média complexidade. Realiza atendimento consultivo, identifica necessidades e oferece soluções financeiras adequadas, alinhadas à estratégia da cooperativa. Atua na prospecção de novos associados e negócios, faz visitas presenciais e mantém relacionamento contínuo para fortalecer vínculos e gerar oportunidades.Entre suas atribuições estão:Conduzir a gestão da carteira Agro, cumprindo a agenda comercial e os indicadores estabelecidos.Prospectar novos associados, mapear oportunidades e construir parcerias com entidades do setor.Realizar visitas a produtores rurais, acompanhando suas atividades e necessidades.Executar venda consultiva, aplicando técnicas de vendas e conhecendo profundamente os produtos e serviços do Sicredi.Controlar e acompanhar a inadimplência da carteira, adotando medidas preventivas e corretivas.Realizar atualizações cadastrais e garantir conformidade com normas internas e externas.Apoiar os associados no uso de canais digitais e soluções de autosserviço.Realizar integrações de novos associados, reforçando valores cooperativistas.Atender demandas ocasionais de transações financeiras e assegurar padronização dos processos.Executar outras atividades correlatas ao cargo, conforme necessidade da agência.Requisitos e qualificaçõesPara essa vaga, buscamos uma pessoa com perfil consultivo, capacidade de relacionamento e interesse genuíno em atuar com o segmento Agro. Os requisitos e qualificações envolvem formação, conhecimentos técnicos, certificações e habilidades comportamentais importantes para o desempenho no atendimento ao associado.Requisitos de formação e experiência:Ensino Superior em andamento em áreas como Administração, Agronomia, Gestão Financeira, Economia, Engenharia Agrícola, Zootecnia ou áreas correlatas.Experiência profissional mínima de 2 anos, preferencialmente em atividades comerciais, atendimento ao cliente, vendas consultivas ou rotinas do setor financeiro.Certificações necessárias ou desejáveis:CPA, C-Pro R obrigatória para exercer atividades relacionadas à oferta de produtos de investimento.Informações adicionaisPor ser uma posição voltada ao atendimento consultivo no segmento Agro, a pessoa terá acesso a treinamentos internos, suporte da equipe, acompanhamento de gestão e materiais que auxiliam tanto no desenvolvimento técnico quanto comportamental. A pessoa precisa possuir veículo próprio, pois irá fazer reuniões e visitas externas aos associados do ramo agro.
