Responsabilidades e atribuições Gerir e desenvolver uma carteira de associados do segmento Agro; Identificar oportunidades de negócios e recomendar soluções financeiras alinhadas ao momento e às necessidades de cada associado; Atuar de forma consultiva, apoiando o associado em decisões financeiras e contribuindo para o crescimento de seu negócio; Prospectar novos associados, ampliando a atuação da cooperativa na região; Realizar visitas técnicas e comerciais, fortalecendo o relacionamento e identificando oportunidades de geração de valor; Participar de eventos, feiras e ações comerciais do segmento Agro; Contribuir para o atingimento das metas e dos objetivos estratégicos da cooperativa.

Requisitos e qualificações Ensino Superior concluído ou em andamento em Administração, Agronomia, Medicina Veterinária, Zootecnia, Economia ou áreas correlatas; Conhecimento do mercado e das cadeias do agronegócio; Disponibilidade para deslocamentos e visitas externas; Perfil comercial, consultivo e de relacionamento; CPA-20, C-PRO I ou C-PRO R (obrigatório). Experiência com atendimento a produtores rurais; Vivência em instituições financeiras, cooperativas de crédito ou empresas do agronegócio; Conhecimento em crédito rural e soluções financeiras para o Agro.
