Essa posição terá papel fundamental na ampliação da nossa atuação comercial, no desenvolvimento de novos negócios e no fortalecimento da nossa marca junto aos associados e à comunidade. 🔹 Gestão e expansão de carteira Pessoa Física 🔹 Prospecção de novos negócios 🔹 Relacionamento consultivo com associados 🔹 Atuação estratégica no desenvolvimento regional Será um grande diferencial: ✔ Residir em Uruçuí ou cidades da região; ✔ Conhecer o mercado local e possuir experiência de atuação em municípios vizinhos; ✔ Ter vivência em instituições financeiras, cooperativas de crédito ou áreas comerciais. Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesGerenciar e desenvolver carteira de associados Pessoa Física, fortalecendo relacionamentos e identificando oportunidades de negócios.Prospectar novos associados e ampliar a presença da Cooperativa na região de atuação.Ofertar soluções financeiras de forma consultiva, alinhadas às necessidades e objetivos dos associados.Apoiar os associados em decisões financeiras, promovendo relacionamento de confiança e geração de valor.Acompanhar indicadores e resultados da carteira, atuando para o alcance das metas estabelecidas.Monitorar a qualidade da carteira de crédito, realizando ações preventivas para mitigação de riscos e inadimplência.Incentivar o uso dos canais digitais e soluções de autoatendimento, promovendo praticidade e melhor experiência aos associados.Realizar a integração de novos associados, apresentando os benefícios, produtos e diferenciais do cooperativismo.Atuar como representante da Cooperativa na comunidade, fortalecendo relacionamentos e contribuindo para o desenvolvimento regional.
