Apoia o associado na tomada de decisões sobre produtos e serviços financeiros, criando estratégias para a vida financeira e gerando impacto positivo na comunidade.Gestão de carteira de associados: Responder pela administração e desenvolvimento da carteira de associados predominantemente Pessoa Jurídica (PJ), cumprindo agenda comercial. Apresentando soluções financeiras adequadas às necessidades dos associados. Realiza o acompanhando de indicadores da sua carteira e elabora as estratégias para a sua manutenção e crescimento, visando o atendimento do planejamento estratégico.Atendimento e Prospecção: Prospectar novos associados, buscando conhecer o ramo da atividade desempenhada por eles. Apresentar o Sicredi, realizando visitas externas um atendimento diferenciado.Facilitador digital:Auxiliar os associados com a sua "inclusão digital". Ser agente da mudança do associado, oferecendo orientações para que utilize da melhor forma os serviços digitais disponíveis.Cobrança:Realizar a cobrança das operações em situações de inadimplência, conforme os prazos de negociação, controlando os níveis de endividamento da carteira e elaborar medidas de resolução.Ser um promotor do cooperativismo.Participação em feiras, eventos e condução de momentos externos (programas de relacionamento).Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Superior completo ou em andamento;Necessário C-PRO R (Externo: prazo de 120 dias para obter a certificação.
