Atuar de forma estratégica e consultiva na gestão da carteira de associados Pessoa Jurídica, oferecendo soluções financeiras adequadas às necessidades dos negócios, fortalecendo o relacionamento e contribuindo para o crescimento sustentável da agência e da cooperativa.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesGerenciar e expandir a carteira de associados PJ, com foco em prospecção, retenção e desenvolvimento de negócios;Realizar visitas e atendimentos consultivos para compreender necessidades, avaliar oportunidades e ofertar produtos e serviços financeiros adequados;Analisar demonstrações financeiras, indicadores econômicos e capacidade de pagamento para concessão de crédito;Conduzir processos de crédito conforme políticas internas, realizando análise técnica, coleta de documentação e acompanhamento do fluxo de aprovação;Desenvolver planos de negócios e estratégias comerciais para ampliar resultados da agência no segmento PJ;Acompanhar a performance da carteira (inadimplência, rentabilidade, participação em produtos, utilização de limites);Monitorar o mercado local e identificar oportunidades de atuação junto a empresas, associações e parceiros estratégicos;Manter relacionamento próximo e contínuo com os associados, buscando garantir satisfação e fidelização;Apoiar ações comerciais, eventos e iniciativas de relacionamento da agência.Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação superior completa em Administração, Ciências Contábeis, Economia ou afins;Experiência profissional em atividades de negócio em instituição financeira, na gestão de carteiras Pessoa Jurídica;Ampla visão de negócio/expansão;Experiência em investimentos;Certificação Anbima CPA 20 ou CEA (C PRO - R ou C PRO - I); (obrigatório)Carro próprio com disponibilidade para viagens; eResidir em Curitiba/PR ou regiões próximas a agência.Informações adicionais O que você vai encontrar aqui:💲Participação nos resultados;👨‍⚕️Plano de Saúde;👩‍⚕️Plano Odontológico;👩‍🎓Auxílio Educação (conforme política);👧 Auxílio Creche;👧 Auxílio Babá;👴 Previdência Privada;🍽 Vale Refeição e/ou Vale Alimentação;💭 Assistência Psicológica, Social, Jurídica e Financeira;🚌 Vale Transporte;💖 Seguro de vida;⏳ Adicional de tempo de serviço;🏅 WellHub, ZenKlub, Optum Vitta (nosso hospital digital!) Cesta Natalidade;Cesta de Natal;✅ Transparência!
