No Sicredi, você encontra um ambiente diverso, com respeito e empatia.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAdministração de carteiras de associados, responder pela administração e desenvolvimento predominantemente Pessoa Jurídica (PJ) cumprindo agenda comercial, apresentando soluções financeiras adequadas às necessidades comercializando produtos e serviços aderentes as metas estabelecidas, visando o planejamento estratégico;Prospecção de novos associados e estudos de potencial de carteira;Realizar controle da cobrança das operações de crédito em situações de inadimplência, negociar, definir estratégias, e outros;Atendimento aos associados, apoio técnico à formação dos assistentes de negócios;Perfil de formação de carteira.Requisitos e qualificaçõesVocê vai se encaixar bem se:Tiver Especialização/MBA (em andamento) e/ou superior completo em Administração, Economia, Gestão Comercial e afins;Tiver experiência consolidada em atividades de negócios do segmento Pessoa Jurídica, com formação e gerenciamento de carteiras e experiência similar de mercado; Experiência em prospecção externa;Tiver conhecimento sobre produtos e serviços financeiros e ampla visão de análise de crédito PJ;Experiência com atuação PJ no segmento de médio porte acima e certificação mínima (C-PRO R);Habilidade com negociação, relacionamento interpessoal, técnicas de vendas, comunicação, cooperativismo e comprometimento.Informações adicionaisRemuneração compatível com a praticada pelo mercado;Participação nos resultados;Alimentação/Refeição: R$ 1.750,00;Plano de Saúde Unimed Multiplan;Plano Odontológico UniOdonto;Auxilio Combustível ou vale transporte;Auxílio Educação (conforme política);Seguro de Vida;Gympass e Totalpass - Plataforma de Saúde e Bem-estar para o colaborador;Levemente: programa de saúde emocional.Previdência Privada.Transparência!
