Apoiar os associados em suas decisões sobre produtos e serviços financeiros, criando estratégias para a vida financeira e gerando impacto positivo nas comunidades onde a cooperativa está inserida.Gestor de carteira de associadosResponder pela administração e desenvolvimento de carteira de associados predominantemente de Pessoa Jurídica (PJ), cumprindo a agenda comercial estabelecida, apresentando soluções financeiras adequadas às necessidades, comercializando produtos e serviços aderentes as metas estabelecidas, visando o cumprimento do planejamento estratégico.ProspecçãoProspectar novos associados e negócios conhecendo o ramo da atividade desempenhada pelo associado, o grau de endividamento. Realizar visitas, visando realizar novos negócios e potencializar o relacionamento com os associados.Especialista digitalFacilitar a interação dos associados com os canais de autoatendimento e autosserviço, visando a agilidade e o direcionamento dos associados para as soluções digitais. Prestar orientação para associados utilizarem melhor os produtos e tecnologia disponíveis.Atividades transacionaisControlar os níveis de endividamento da carteira e elaborar medidas de resolução da inadimplência, evitando custos e envolvimento judicial.
