Essas redes, que chamamos de “Hubs”, conectam-se a diversos ativos, formando um ecossistema completo de serviços de saúde, desde laboratórios de exames, planos de saúde e centros médicos, até hospitais de alta complexidade.Buscamos, através desta união tornar o sistema justo para todos os envolvidos, oferecendo aos pacientes tratamentos focados no seu bem estar, para as operadoras de saúde valores justos e sem desperdícios, aos colaboradores reconhecimento digno e aos investidores retornos sustentáveis, favorecendo toda a cadeia por meio de gestão otimizada e eficiente.Atuamos para melhorar o acesso a saúde como um todo e nossas ações são orientadas para sermos a melhor rede de saúde privada do Brasil e para fortalecer o sistema de saúde brasileiro, promovendo o equilíbrio de interesses entre pacientes, médicos, fontes pagadoras, parceiros e acionistas.Atualmente, contamos com 5 Hubs operacionais nas regiões Sul e Sudeste, compondo uma rede com 9 hospitais, mais de 1.300 leitos, 7.500 colaboradores e 13 mil médicos associados, além de duas operadoras de saúde.#vemserhospitalcare #vemparahospitalcare #vemserhc #jeitodeserhc #jeitodeserhospitalcare Responsabilidades e atribuições O(a) Gerente de Novos Negócios terá papel estratégico na identificação, avaliação, estruturação e implementação de oportunidades de crescimento para a Hospital Care, contribuindo diretamente para a expansão de seus ecossistemas de saúde e para a geração de valor sustentável.Principais responsabilidades:Identificar oportunidades de expansão e novos negócios;Desenvolver modelos de negócio, teses de investimento e racional estratégico para novas operações;Elaborar business plans, análises financeiras, modelagens de valuation e estudos de viabilidade;Liderar negociações com potenciais investidores e diretores das unidades de negócio;Elaborar e apresentar materiais para comitês executivos e Conselhos de Administração;Desenvolver e apresentar análises de post-investment, identificando oportunidades de melhoria e geração de valor, quando demandado.
