Responsabilidades e atribuições Experiência na gestão de grandes contratos, preferencialmente em ambientes de alto padrão e operações de grande porte no segmento de Segurança;Atuação como representante institucional da empresa junto a clientes corporativos;Gestão estratégica do relacionamento com clientes, garantindo excelência na prestação dos serviços, satisfação dos clientes e alinhamento com as equipes;Participação ativa em negociações, projetos de inovação e elaboração e apresentação de propostas comerciais, incluindo processos de BIDs para clientes atuais;Representação da empresa em visitas, reuniões e negociações com clientes, promovendo os valores e a cultura organizacional;Desenvolvimento e acompanhamento de planos de ação, visando o alcance dos objetivos estratégicos, a manutenção da qualidade e a melhoria contínua dos contratos sob sua gestão;Atuação como facilitador entre empresa e cliente, fortalecendo o relacionamento comercial e identificando oportunidades de cross selling e up selling, com foco na expansão dos serviços e geração de novos negócios;Conhecimento em gestão financeira, com capacidade para análise e interpretação de resultados, acompanhamento de Budget e tomada de decisões orientadas aos objetivos do negócio;Liderança e desenvolvimento de equipes, com foco em engajamento, desenvolvimento profissional, produtividade e entrega de resultados sustentáveis;Elaboração, acompanhamento e análise de indicadores de desempenho (KPIs), utilizando dados para direcionar ações, corrigir desvios e promover a melhoria contínua;Gestão de operações de grande porte, com foco em gestão estratégica, excelência operacional e relacionamento com clientes;Atuação orientada ao cliente e ao cumprimento dos termos contratuais, metas e Budget, garantindo a sustentabilidade dos resultados e a aderência aos valores e princípios da organização.

Requisitos e qualificações Ensino superior completo em  Administração ou áreas correlatas; Pós-graduação em Gestão de Negócios ou áreas afins será um diferencial;Conhecimento Pacote Office;Disponibilidade para viagens.
