Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesEstruturar a operação de Inside Sales, construindo processos, rituais de gestão e boas práticas comerciais. Formar e desenvolver uma equipe de alta performance do zero, participando da definição do perfil, recrutamento, seleção, onboarding, capacitação e acompanhamento dos profissionais. Criar indicadores, metas e mecanismos de acompanhamento para garantir previsibilidade e crescimento sustentável dos resultados. Estruturar o modelo comercial, definindo fluxos, cadências, segmentação de clientes e estratégias de abordagem. Desenvolver e implementar estratégias de vendas para a abertura do Mercado Livre de Energia - B Gerenciar o funil de vendas, forecast e indicadores de performance da área. Promover uma cultura orientada a resultados, protagonismo, disciplina comercial e melhoria contínua. Garantir a utilização eficiente do CRM e a qualidade das informações comerciais. Atuar em parceria com Marketing, Operações e demais áreas estratégicas para acelerar a geração e conversão de oportunidades. Identificar oportunidades de crescimento, expansão e aumento de produtividade da operação comercial. Implementar ferramentas de automação, inteligência artificial e tecnologias voltadas para ganho de produtividade e performance.Requisitos e qualificações Ensino Superior completo em Administração, Engenharia, Gestão Comercial ou áreas correlatas. Experiência sólida em liderança comercial, Inside Sales ou operações de vendas consultivas. Histórico de formação, desenvolvimento e estruturação de equipes comerciais. Vivência em ambientes de crescimento acelerado e construção de operações. Forte domínio de indicadores de performance, forecast e gestão de funil de vendas. Experiência com CRM e ferramentas de gestão comercial. Facilidade e conhecimento em ferramentas de I.A Perfil estratégico aliado à capacidade de execução e construção. Excelente habilidade de liderança, negociação e desenvolvimento de pessoas. DiferencialExperiência anterior implantando ou escalando áreas de Inside Sales.Histórico de formação de equipes, desenvolvimento de lideranças e implementação de metodologias comerciais.
