Estamos buscando um(a) Gerente de Operações para atuar em um escritório contábil de grande porte, localizado em Rondonópolis – MT.O objetivo é liderar a operação do escritório, com foco em gestão de pessoas, processos e resultados, atuando especialmente na área Contábil e como braço direito da diretoria na condução dos desafios operacionais.

Inscreva-se agora mesmo no processo para fazer parte desse time!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesGerenciar a operação integrada das áreas Contábil, Fiscal, Tributária, DP, Societário e Atendimento.Liderar coordenadores e equipes, acompanhando performance, desenvolvimento, produtividade e resultados.Atuar diretamente na gestão do Departamento Contábil, acompanhando a equipe, prazos, atrasos e retrabalhos.Garantir o cumprimento de prazos legais e contratuais, qualidade das entregas e padronização dos processos.Acompanhar e desenvolver KPIs operacionais, identificando desvios e implementando planos de ação.Identificar gargalos e conduzir melhorias, automações e otimização de processos.Atuar na resolução de problemas e situações críticas, garantindo maior autonomia das equipes.Apoiar a diretoria na tomada de decisões e desdobramento das estratégias.Participar de reuniões com clientes estratégicos, representando a empresa e apoiando situações críticas.Garantir a aplicação das normas, procedimentos e requisitos de compliance.Requisitos e qualificaçõesÉ imprescindível que você tenha:Ensino superior completo em Ciências Contábeis, Administração ou áreas correlatas;Experiência sólida em escritório contábil, preferencialmente em posições de gestão;Experiência com gestão de equipes e processos operacionais;Conhecimento técnico das rotinas Contábeis, Fiscais, Tributárias, Trabalhistas e Societárias;Experiência com gestão por indicadores (KPIs) e acompanhamento de resultados;Capacidade de atuar em cenários de pressão, resolução de problemas e gestão de crises;Experiência com padronização e melhoria de processos;Perfil de liderança, organização, visão sistêmica e orientação para resultados;Boa comunicação e capacidade de representar a empresa junto a clientes e diretoria.Experiência com ERP para contabilidade e CRMDisponibilidade para atuar de forma presencial em Rondonópolis - MTE será um diferencial, se tiver:Pós-graduação em Gestão, Controladoria ou áreas correlatas;Experiência em escritórios contábeis de médio ou grande porte;Vivência com implantação ou troca de ERP contábil;Experiência com gestão de crises e recuperação de processos/atrasos;Conhecimento em PDCA, Lean ou outras metodologias de melhoria contínua;Experiência com clientes de grande porte e empresas do Lucro Real.Informações adicionais📌Trabalho Presencial I Rondonópolis / MT🎉BenefíciosVale Alimentação ou RefeiçãoPlano de SaúdeSeguro de Vida
