É essa capacidade de entregar que nos torna referência no mercado.A vagaBuscamos um(a) Gerente de Operações de Armazéns para liderar a operação de armazenagem da PLATLOG em todo o Brasil, através da gestão de uma rede de operadores logísticos parceiros. É uma cadeira estratégica, com reporte à liderança de Operações, responsável por garantir que cada operador entregue os padrões de serviço, qualidade, segurança e custo da companhia — do contrato ao inventário.Você será o dono do resultado operacional da armazenagem em escala nacional: 6 CDs, 25 transit points, Lidera supervisores regionais e líderes de operação, e é o ponto de articulação entre atendimento, planejamento, qualidade, financeiro, fiscal, controladoria e transportes.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesGestão de contratos e governança dos operadores logísticos (3PL)Gerir contratos, SLAs e a performance dos operadores logísticos parceirosConduzir a governança operacional: reuniões de score card, planos de ação e auditoriasGarantir o cumprimento dos padrões de serviço, qualidade, segurança e custo da companhiaNível de serviço, qualidade e produtividadeAssegurar fluidez e agilidade em recebimento, transbordo, armazenagem, separação e expediçãoGarantir a produtividade esperada em cada etapa e a qualidade exigida, com foco em cadeia de frio (refrigerado/congelado) e segurança dos alimentosAcompanhar KPIs de recebimento e transbordo, controle de falta e sobras, avarias, amostragem de temperatura e In FullGestão de estoques e inventáriosGarantir acuracidade de inventário e disponibilidade dos produtos para distribuiçãoMonitorar posições ocupadas, dias e saúde do estoque, devoluções pendentes e reentregasSistemas, dados e indicadoresGarantir a correta operacionalização via WMS e YMS dos fluxos de remessa, retorno, devoluções e divergênciasControlar aderência de endereçamento e divergências de estoque ERP vs WMSGerir a operação por indicadores (OTIF, Fill Rate, Case Fill, acuracidade, perdas e avarias) e reportar via Power BICustos, melhoria contínua e liderançaGerir o custo logístico (custo/kg, serviços extras) e buscar eficiência e redução de perdasPlanejar capacidade operacional e liderar projetos de melhoria contínua e excelência operacionalLiderar e desenvolver os supervisores regionais e líderes de operação da redeRequisitos e qualificaçõesObrigatóriosSuperior completo em Administração, Economia, Engenharia, Logística ou áreas afinsExperiência sólida em gestão de operações de armazenagem e/ou gestão de operadores logísticos (3PL)Vivência em gestão de contratos, SLAs e indicadores logísticos (OTIF, Fill Rate, Case Fill, acuracidade)Conhecimento de sistemas WMS e controle de estoquesPower BI e Excel avançadoDisponibilidade para viagens (escala nacional)Desejáveis (diferenciais)Pós-graduação e/ou MBA na áreaExperiência em cadeia de frio (logística refrigerada/congelada) e segurança dos alimentosExperiência em food service e/ou em operador logísticoVivência em gestão de múltiplas unidades/CDs simultaneamenteConhecimento de operações de transbordo (cross docking e transit point)
