Atuar como principal ponto focal para temas relacionados à estrutura organizacional comercial, garantindo alinhamento com as áreas parceiras. Liderar o time de análises operacionais, desenvolvendo indicadores de desempenho, produtividade, eficiência e performance para suportar a tomada de decisão. Estruturar processos de governança, controles e acompanhamento de resultados, promovendo uma cultura orientada a dados. Apoiar projetos estratégicos da Diretoria Comercial por meio de análises, estudos de impacto e iniciativas de melhoria contínua. Liderar iniciativas de transformação digital, automação e aplicação de inteligência artificial, reduzindo atividades manuais e ampliando produtividade e escalabilidade operacional. Gerir a operação logística e o suporte aos polos comerciais, incluindo controle e distribuição de materiais, inventário, patrimônio, infraestrutura e cumprimento de SLAs. Liderar, desenvolver e engajar equipes de analistas e coordenadores, definindo prioridades, acompanhando entregas e fomentando um ambiente colaborativo e de alta performance.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Superior completo em Administração, Engenharia, Economia, Tecnologia, Matemática, Estatística ou áreas correlatas.Experiência prévia em liderança de equipes.Forte conhecimento em gestão de processos e operações.Excel avançado.Experiência com análise e manipulação de grandes volumes de dados.Vivência em projetos de automação de processos.Capacidade de conduzir projetos multifuncionais.Experiência com construção e acompanhamento de indicadores de gestão.
