Estamos em busca de um(a) profissional com visão estratégica, perfil de liderança e forte capacidade de relacionamento para atuar como Gerente de Operações de TI, sendo o principal elo entre a área de Tecnologia e as áreas de negócio da instituição.Será responsável por garantir a excelência operacional dos serviços de TI, liderando equipes multidisciplinares, promovendo a governança dos processos, assegurando o cumprimento dos níveis de serviço e impulsionando iniciativas de inovação e transformação digital.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesGerenciar a operação de atendimento e suporte de TI;Atuar como principal interface entre TI e áreas de negócio;Coordenar a entrada, triagem, priorização e direcionamento de chamados e demandas;Garantir o correto encaminhamento das solicitações para os times responsáveis;Participar de reuniões com áreas assistenciais, administrativas e operacionais para entendimento das necessidades;Acompanhar incidentes críticos e garantir comunicação adequada com os usuários;Monitorar indicadores operacionais, SLA’s e satisfação dos clientes internos;Promover melhoria contínua nos processos de atendimento e operação de TI;Garantir organização e governança do fluxo de demandas da TI;Apoiar a gestão de mudanças e comunicação entre tecnologia e negócio;Liderar equipes operacionais e administrativas da área de tecnologia;Gerenciar fornecedores e parceiros relacionados à operação de TI.Coordenador NOCExperiência sólida em gestão de operações e serviços de Tecnologia da Informação, com atuação em atendimento, suporte, gestão de chamados e relacionamento com áreas de negócio.Vivência na coordenação de equipes operacionais e multidisciplinares, garantindo eficiência no atendimento, cumprimento de SLA’s e qualidade na prestação de serviços de TI.Experiência em gestão de demandas, incidentes, priorização de atividades e acompanhamento de entregas junto às áreas assistenciais, administrativas e operacionais.Conhecimento em frameworks e boas práticas de gestão de serviços de TI, como ITIL, gestão de indicadores e melhoria contínua de processos.Desejável experiência no segmento de saúde, conhecimento em sistemas hospitalares e atuação em ambientes de alta criticidade e disponibilidade.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino superior completo em Análise e Desenvolvimento de Sistemas, Ciência da Computação, Sistemas de Informação, Engenharia da Computação ou áreas correlatas à Tecnologia da Informação.Desejável pós-graduação, MBA ou especialização em Gestão de TI, Governança, Projetos, Serviços de TI ou áreas afins.Forte habilidade de comunicação e relacionamento interpessoal;Perfil analítico e organizado;Capacidade de gestão de conflitos e negociação;Visão estratégica e foco em experiência do cliente interno;Liderança e gestão de equipes multidisciplinares;Capacidade de priorização e tomada de decisão;Conhecimento em gestão de serviços de TI e operação;Conhecimento em ITIL, SLA e processos de atendimento;Facilidade para atuar em ambientes dinâmicos e alta demanda;Perfil colaborativo, proativo e orientado a resultados;Capacidade de articulação entre áreas técnicas e negócio;Gestão de indicadores e melhoria contínua.
