Aqui você será bem-vindo independentemente de gênero, orientação sexual, raça, etnia ou deficiência!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesOportunidades em diversas regiões da capitalResponsável por administrar uma unidade de cinema em sua totalidade, realizando a gestão da equipe, garantindo o cumprimento dos processos e procedimentos, metas e indicadores, além de proporcionar uma experiência cinematográfica inesquecível aos clientes. Gestão das cinco áreas operacionais do cinema: Bilheteria, Snack Bar (bomboniere), Usher, Projeção e Administrativo;Gestão dos indicadores e custos operacionais;Gestão da equipe, garantindo a correta execução dos processos de recursos humanos (processo seletivo, escala e ponto, avaliação de desempenho e feedbacks, plano de carreira, entre outros), contribuindo com o desenvolvimento de novos líderes;Controle de inventário, desperdícios e pedidos de compra da unidade;Responsável pelo resultado da Auditoria interna da unidade;Garantir o atendimento as normas de vigilância sanitária;Realização da programação de filmes da unidade.Na Cinemark promovemos a diversidade.
