Estamos buscando un(a) Gerente de Operaciones para liderar las operaciones de Classys en Colombia y Argentina, con responsabilidad plena sobre el cumplimiento regulatorio y sanitario, la asistencia técnica, la logísticay la calidad de ambas filiales.

Serás responsable de regularizar, en el menor plazo posible, las licencias y permisos sanitarios de las operaciones de Colombia y Argentina, garantizando la continuidad comercial sin exposición regulatoria y contribuir al mantenimiento y a la mejora continua del Sistema de Gestión de la Calidad de Classys.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesCumplimiento Regulatorio y Sanitario: Garantizar la conformidad regulatoria y sanitaria de las operaciones en Colombia y Argentina, manteniendo los registros sanitarios vigentes y asegurando el cumplimiento de los requisitos aplicables a demostraciones y actividades comerciales.

Asistencia Técnica: Estructurar y liderar la operación de asistencia técnica, garantizando procedimientos, personal calificado, niveles de servicio y cumplimiento de los requisitos sanitarios aplicables al mantenimiento de equipos biomédicos.Nueva Sede e Infraestructura: Liderar la transición a la nueva sede, coordinando cronograma, presupuesto y licenciamiento sanitario, asegurando que la infraestructura cumpla con los requisitos regulatorios.

Liderazgo y Operaciones: Liderar los equipos de Finanzas y Contabilidad, además de garantizar la eficiencia de las operaciones de logística, importación, almacenamiento y distribución, asegurando trazabilidad, control de inventarios y alineación de la cadena de suministro con la demanda.Requisitos e qualificações

Título profesional en Ingeniería, Administración, Ciencias de la Salud o áreas afines. Deseable Especialización, posgrado o MBA en Asuntos Regulatorios, Calidad, Operaciones o Logística. Experiencia comprobada en interlocución con autoridades sanitarias: INVIMA (Colombia) obligatorio; ANMAT (Argentina) deseable. Vivencia en ambientes multinacionales y en la gestión de operaciones en más de un país. Inglés avanzado (interlocución con la casa matriz en Corea). Portugués: deseable (interlocución con Brasil).
