Responsabilidades e atribuições

Como Gerente de Creative Excellence, você será responsável pelo relacionamento com empresas de diferentes mercados. Gostamos de ser verdadeiros consultores para nossos clientes, auxiliando-os na tomada de decisões estratégicas do negócio:

Manter contato direto com o cliente, cuidando do relacionamento e prospectando novas oportunidades;Cuidar da interface de todas as fases do projeto, desde a elaboração da proposta comercial até a entrega final: entendimento do cenário do cliente, construção da proposta de soluções, análise de dados e apresentação de resultados, com o objetivo de trazer ao cliente a melhor solução em termos de custo, prazo e escopo;Responsabilizar-se pela gestão dos projetos, análise e apresentação dos resultados;Gerir o orçamento dos projetos e da área junto à diretoria de contas;Cuidar de pedidos customizados e diversos, demonstrando bom entendimento do cliente e criatividade na entrega;Participar de atividades comerciais, apresentando nossas soluções relacionadas a avaliação de anúncios, otimização de campanhas, potencial criativo e estratégias;Lidar com vários projetos simultaneamente e gerenciar prazos e prioridades;Cuidar de projetos globais com equipes internas e clientes.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação superior completa;Experiência com projetos que envolvam estratégias de campanha;Capacidade para construir de forma colaborativa e entregar apresentações envolventes;Bom relacionamento interpessoal com olhar para novos negócios;Pessoa orientada para resultados com uma perspectiva positiva, e um foco claro em alta qualidade e rentabilidade;Conhecimento avançado de inglês (aqui utilizamos em nosso dia a dia);Conhecimento em espanhol seria um diferencial, mas não é obrigatório.Conhecimento Pacote Office (principalmente Excel e Power Point).Informações adicionaisModalidade de trabalho híbrida (São Paulo – SP, Brasil), com três dias de trabalho remoto e dois dias presenciais por semana.Assistência médica.Assistência odontológica.Vale-refeição/vale-alimentação.Vale-transporte ou estacionamento.TotalPass.Seguro de vida.Parceria com o SESC.Programa de treinamento e desenvolvimento.Day off no aniversário.
