A PLATLOG é um operador de food service que compra, planeja e abastece seu portfólio para atender clientes com o nível de serviço que esse mercado exige. Garantir que o produto certo esteja disponível — comprando bem, na hora certa, sem excedente — é o desafio desta liderança. Como Gerente de Planejamento e Abastecimento, você responde pela estratégia de planejamento de demanda, política de estoque e suprimentos: da previsão de venda à decisão de compra de fornecedor, garantindo disponibilidade nos CDs com o menor capital empregado possível. É uma posição de gestão de gestores, com assento no S&OP e impacto direto no resultado do negócio. 📍 Jundiaí/SP — 100% presencial.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRESPONSABILIDADES

Definir e executar a estratégia de planejamento de demanda e abastecimento da companhia, conectando previsão, compra e resultado do negócio; Liderar as áreas de planejamento de demanda e abastecimento/suprimentos, respondendo pela disponibilidade de produtos nos CDs; Definir políticas de estoque, níveis de serviço e parâmetros de planejamento para toda a rede; Responder pela estratégia de compras/aquisição de produtos, traduzindo previsão de venda em plano de suprimento; Gerir estoques e custos, equilibrando Fill Rate e disponibilidade com capital empregado e giro; Desenvolver e gerir a base de fornecedores, respondendo pelo OTIF de fornecedores e pela confiabilidade do suprimento; Participar ativamente do ciclo de S&OP/IBP como liderança de planejamento; Garantir a evolução dos indicadores — Fill Rate, ruptura, estoque/capital, giro, Forecast Accuracy e OTIF de fornecedores; Liderar projetos de transformação digital, automação e melhoria dos processos de planejamento e compra; Gerir orçamento da área e desenvolver líderes e equipes, construindo cultura de alta performance.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesO QUE BUSCAMOS

Ensino superior completo em Engenharia, Administração, Logística, Economia ou áreas correlatas; Experiência robusta em planejamento de demanda, abastecimento e/ou suprimentos; Experiência comprovada em liderança de equipes e gestão de gestores; Forte domínio de S&OP/IBP; Vivência em política de estoque, forecast e decisão de compra de fornecedor; Experiência com gestão de indicadores, custos e orçamento; Visão sistêmica para conectar planejamento aos resultados do negócio; Conhecimento de ERP, sistemas de planejamento e BI; Perfil resolutivo, com uso de metodologias estruturadas de gestão e melhoria; Disponibilidade para atuação 100% presencial em Jundiaí/SP.
