Buscamos um(a) Gerente de FP&A e Controladoria Regional para atuar nas regiões de América Latina e Europa do Sul integrando a equipe regional de controladoria e planejamento financeiro.Valorizamos profissionais que compartilhem nossos princípios fundamentais de Qualidade, Transparência e Inovação, e que, assim como nós, estejam comprometidos com a missão de causar um impacto positivo e agregar valor à JCDecaux.Esperamos encontrar para esta posição um (a) candidato (a) que abrace desafios com entusiasmo, sinta-se confortável em trabalhar em um ambiente de trabalho dinâmico e seja o (a) protagonista de suas atividades.Venha ser JCDecaux! 🚀💙💡 Hub de PossibilidadesResponsabilidades e atribuiçõesLiderar e otimizar os ciclos de planejamento e fechamento financeiro, incluindo:Processo orçamentário anual (budget) e previsões (forecasts).Fechamento contábil e reporting financeiro mensais.Analisar a performance financeira da região, incluindo:Desvios entre realizado, orçado e planejado.Principais indicadores de performance (KPIs)Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação Acadêmica e CertificaçõesEnsino Superior em Administração de Empresas, Economia, Contabilidade ou áreas correlatas.Diferenciais: Pós-graduação, MBA em Finanças ou Controladoria ou áreas afins.Conhecimento financeiro e contábil:Demonstrações Financeiras: domínio aprofundado em DRE (P&L), balanço patrimonial (Balance Sheet), fluxo de caixa (cash flow statement).Normas contábeis: conhecimento em normas IFRS (especificamente IFRS 16).Processos: domínio completo dos processos dePlanejamento orçamentário (budget) e previsões (forecast).Fechamento contábil e reporting financeiro.Ferramentas financeiras:Excel (mandatório): uso avançado (tabelas dinâmicas, fórmulas complexas, consolidação de dados, automatização, otimização da formatação de planilhas)PowerPoint (mandatório): uso avançado.
