Estamos conduzindo uma busca confidencial por um(a) Gerente de Planta Sênior para uma companhia multinacional de grande porte do segmento industrial. Buscamos um(a) executivo(a) com sólida experiência em gestão de operações industriais, forte capacidade de liderança e visão estratégica para assumir a responsabilidade integral pela performance de uma unidade fabril.A posição terá papel fundamental na evolução da operação, conectando segurança, produtividade, qualidade, custos, desenvolvimento de pessoas e excelência operacional às prioridades estratégicas do negócio. O desafio demanda um perfil com forte senso de dono, capacidade de tomada de decisão, proximidade com a operação e habilidade para liderar processos de transformação e mudança cultural.Local de atuação: Araraquara/SP

Responsabilidades e atribuições Liderar integralmente a operação da planta, garantindo os resultados de segurança, qualidade, produtividade, custos, nível de serviço e rentabilidade;Gerenciar as áreas de Manufatura, Manutenção, Engenharia, EHS e demais estruturas relacionadas à operação industrial;Traduzir os objetivos estratégicos da companhia em prioridades e planos de execução para a unidade;Acompanhar os principais indicadores operacionais e financeiros da planta, garantindo atuação rápida sobre desvios e oportunidades;Liderar iniciativas de excelência operacional, melhoria contínua, produtividade e redução de custos;Identificar oportunidades de otimização de processos, capacidade produtiva e utilização de recursos;Garantir elevados padrões de segurança, saúde ocupacional, meio ambiente e qualidade, promovendo uma cultura preventiva em todos os níveis da organização;Liderar projetos de transformação operacional e cultural, assegurando a implementação e sustentação das mudanças;Desenvolver e engajar as lideranças da planta, fortalecendo accountability, autonomia e orientação para resultados;Atuar ativamente no desenvolvimento de talentos, planos de sucessão e construção de equipes de alta performance;Garantir uma comunicação clara e efetiva entre o chão de fábrica, áreas corporativas e liderança executiva;Construir relações sólidas com stakeholders internos e externos, atuando como principal referência da companhia na unidade;Participar das decisões estratégicas relacionadas a investimentos, capacidade, projetos industriais e evolução da operação;Gerenciar orçamento, custos industriais e iniciativas de eficiência financeira da planta;Garantir conformidade com políticas corporativas, requisitos regulatórios e padrões globais da companhia

Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Superior completo em Engenharia ou áreas correlatas;Sólida experiência em gestão de plantas industriais e operações de manufatura;Experiência prévia em posições de liderança com responsabilidade ampla sobre performance industrial;Vivência na gestão de áreas como Produção/Manufatura, Manutenção, Engenharia, EHS, Qualidade e Performance Operacional;Forte conhecimento de indicadores industriais, gestão de custos e produtividade;Experiência em ambientes industriais de alta complexidade e forte exigência operacional;Vivência em processos de transformação, mudança cultural e melhoria contínua;Experiência na construção e acompanhamento de planos de eficiência, produtividade e redução de custos;Forte capacidade de gestão e desenvolvimento de equipes multidisciplinares;Visão financeira e conhecimento de budget, investimentos e gestão de custos industriais;Capacidade analítica e tomada de decisão orientada por dados;Experiência na gestão de stakeholders em diferentes níveis da organização;Inglês avançado com interação em ambiente corporativo multinacional.
