Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesLiderar a estratégia da produção da sua unidade de atuação, desdobrando as diretrizes do negócio em metas, prioridades, planos de ação e resultados para a operação.Gerir as lideranças do seu time, fortalecendo autonomia, capacidade de decisão, gestão de resultados e desenvolvimento das equipes.Garantir o desempenho dos processos produtivos, assegurando o cumprimento das metas de produtividade, eficiência, qualidade, custos e prazos estabelecidas para a unidade.Acompanhar e analisar os indicadores de produção, identificando desvios, tendências e oportunidades, direcionando planos de ação para melhoria dos resultados.Liderar projetos de eficiência produtiva, avaliando oportunidades, definindo prioridades, acompanhando implantação e mensurando os resultados obtidos.Atuar em conjunto com Manutenção e Engenharia, garantindo condições adequadas de máquinas, equipamentos, processos e estruturas para sustentação dos resultados produtivos.Garantir a correta introdução de novos produtos e modelos na produção, promovendo a integração entre as áreas envolvidas e antecipando impactos que possam comprometer produtividade, qualidade ou prazo.Avaliar e propor novas tecnologias, métodos e soluções produtivas que possam gerar ganhos de produtividade, qualidade, segurança e competitividade.Gerir os recursos da produção, buscando eficiência na utilização de mão de obra, máquinas, materiais e demais recursos necessários à operação.Acompanhar custos e oportunidades de otimização da produção, contribuindo para a eficiência econômica e sustentabilidade dos resultados industriais.Garantir o desenvolvimento das lideranças da produção, construindo sucessores e fortalecendo uma cultura de autonomia, responsabilidade e orientação para resultados.Promover a cultura de segurança na operação, atuando em conjunto com Segurança do Trabalho para fortalecer comportamentos seguros e prevenção de riscos.

Requisitos e qualificações1.  Ensino Superior completo em Administração, Engenharia de Produção, Processos Gerenciais e áreas afins;2. Experiência com produção de calçados;3. Experiência com liderança de times;4. Dissipabilidade para residir e Sobral - CE.
