Essa posição terá responsabilidade direta pela performance industrial da unidade, assegurando excelência em segurança, qualidade, produtividade, custos, eficiência, desenvolvimento de pessoas e estabilidade operacional. Principais responsabilidades

Liderar a operação industrial, garantindo o cumprimento dos planos de produção, metas de eficiência, qualidade, segurança e custos;

Gerenciar processos de UHT, processamento asséptico, envase e operações correlatas, assegurando estabilidade, rendimento e confiabilidade;

Atuar fortemente sobre indicadores como OEE, produtividade, perdas, rendimento, custo de conversão, capacidade, eficiência de linhas e nível de serviço;

Liderar iniciativas de melhoria contínua, aumento de capacidade, redução de perdas e otimização de processos;

Garantir o cumprimento dos padrões de qualidade, segurança dos alimentos, segurança do trabalho e requisitos regulatórios;

Trabalhar de forma integrada com Manutenção, Qualidade, Engenharia, PCP, Supply Chain, Logística e demais áreas;

Desenvolver lideranças e equipes operacionais, fortalecendo disciplina de gestão, cultura de performance e formação de sucessores;

Conduzir rotina de gestão por indicadores, análise de desvios e planos de ação;

Apoiar projetos de expansão, implantação de novas linhas, aumento de capacidade e evolução tecnológica da operação;

Assegurar uma gestão industrial orientada simultaneamente para resultado, pessoas e sustentabilidade do negócio.

Requisitos e qualificações Requisitos

Experiência consolidada como Gerente de Produção, Gerente Industrial, Gerente de Fábrica ou posição equivalente;

Vivência robusta em indústria de alimentos, bebidas ou lácteos, com forte atuação em processos UHT;

Conhecimento profundo de processamento térmico, sistemas assépticos e envase UHT;

Experiência com operações de alta escala, múltiplas linhas e gestão de indicadores industriais;

Forte domínio de gestão de custos, produtividade, perdas e eficiência operacional;

Histórico consistente de liderança de equipes numerosas e desenvolvimento de gestores;

Experiência com metodologias de melhoria contínua, Lean, TPM, WCM, Six Sigma ou similares;

Formação superior em Engenharia, Tecnologia de Alimentos, Produção ou áreas correlatas;

Disponibilidade para atuar em qualquer uma das unidades industriais do Grupo Piracanjuba no Brasil.

Diferenciais

Experiência relevante no segmento de lácteos e leite UHT;

Vivência com equipamentos e tecnologias de processo e envase asséptico; Vivência com equipamentos Tetra Pak;

Experiência em expansões, start-up de linhas ou aumento relevante de capacidade;

Passagem por operações industriais de grande porte;

Formação complementar em gestão industrial, operações, Lean ou melhoria contínua.
