Responsabilidades e atribuições 🎯 Estratégia e desenvolvimento de produtosConduzir estudos de viabilidade técnica, mercadológica e financeira.Liderar o desenvolvimento de produtos, da concepção ao lançamento.Identificar tendências, necessidades do mercado e oportunidades para evolução do portfólio.Acompanhar testes, ajustes, homologações e demais etapas do desenvolvimento.🚀 Gestão de projetosPlanejar e acompanhar cronogramas, prazos e principais marcos dos projetos.Monitorar custos, riscos, desvios e necessidades de ajustes.Utilizar metodologias e ferramentas de gestão para garantir uma execução eficiente.Acompanhar entregas e garantir a qualidade dos resultados.🤝 Liderança e integraçãoLiderar e desenvolver analistas, técnicos e designers de produto.Distribuir atividades, acompanhar entregas e promover o alinhamento da equipe.Estimular a colaboração e a sinergia entre as áreas envolvidas nos projetos.Fortalecer uma cultura de inovação, desenvolvimento e melhoria contínua.📣 Lançamento e integração com o negócioApoiar Marketing e Comercial no posicionamento e na estratégia de lançamento dos produtos.Contribuir para a preparação de fichas, documentação técnica e materiais internos.Acompanhar o desempenho dos produtos após o lançamento, identificando oportunidades de evolução.Promover o alinhamento entre desenvolvimento, mercado e necessidades dos clientes.⚙️ Inovação e melhoria contínuaPropor soluções que contribuam para maior eficiência, qualidade e competitividade dos produtos.Conduzir iniciativas de melhoria contínua, inovação, Kaizen e Lean.Mapear oportunidades de melhoria em processos, materiais e produtos.Incentivar novas soluções e práticas que agreguem valor ao negócio.

Requisitos e qualificações 📋 Requisitos e qualificações🎓 Formação e experiênciaEnsino superior completo.Experiência mínima de 4 anos na área de desenvolvimento de produtos.Experiência com gestão de projetos e liderança de equipes.💻 Conhecimentos técnicosConhecimento nas etapas de pesquisa, concepção, prototipagem, testes, ajustes, homologação e lançamento de produtos.Conhecimento em ferramentas de desenvolvimento e desenho, como AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Illustrator ou similares.Conhecimento em sistemas ERP e CRM.Conhecimento em gestão de projetos e metodologias de melhoria contínua.⭐ Será um diferencialPós-graduação em andamento.Experiência de 5 anos ou mais na área.Conhecimento em Power BI.Vivência com projetos de inovação, Kaizen ou Lean.Experiência com análise de dados e inteligência de mercado.🧠 Perfil que buscamosLiderança e capacidade de desenvolver pessoas.Visão estratégica e sistêmica.Orientação para resultados.Comunicação e relacionamento interpessoal.Proatividade e autonomia.Capacidade de adaptação.Colaboração e abertura para inovação.
