Conduzir o ciclo completo de gestão do produto: Discovery, Delivery, lançamento e evolução contínua.Definir e gerenciar roadmap e backlog do produto.Traduzir objetivos estratégicos em iniciativas e funcionalidades.Priorizar demandas com base em valor para o negócio, usuários e viabilidade técnica.Trabalhar em conjunto com squads multidisciplinares compostas por Engenharia, UX/UI, QA, Operações e áreas de negócio.Participar ativamente dos ritos ágeis e do acompanhamento das entregas.Monitorar métricas de produto e indicadores de negócio.Produzir análises, recomendações e materiais para suporte à tomada de decisão executiva.Atuar como elo entre Negócio, Tecnologia, Operações e clientes.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos Experiência

Mínimo de 5 anos de experiência como Product Manager, Product Owner ou funções correlatas. Vivência consolidada na gestão de produtos digitais. Experiência com produtos SaaS e modelos de assinatura. Atuação em mercados B2B e B2C. Experiência trabalhando com squads multidisciplinares. Vivência em ambientes de desenvolvimento ágil, preferencialmente Scrum.

Conhecimentos técnicos

Gestão de roadmap e backlog.

Priorização de demandas e definição de requisitos.

Escrita de histórias de usuário e critérios de aceite.
