Principais Responsabilidades

Ser responsável pelos resultados gerados pelos Agentes de IA para os clientes, definindo e entregando métricas de impacto, além de identificar novas oportunidades de automação que agreguem ainda mais valor. Liderar todo o ciclo de implantação dos Agentes de IA, desde o escopo pré-venda e kickoff até o lançamento e a otimização pós-implementação. Projetar, construir, testar e evoluir Agentes de IA em parceria com os FDEs, utilizando as ferramentas internas da Cresta e as tecnologias mais avançadas para maximizar o retorno sobre o investimento (ROI) dos clientes. Atuar como principal ponto de contato para clientes e prospects relacionados aos Agentes de IA, desenvolvendo relacionamentos estratégicos e ajudando-os a acelerar seus resultados. Conduzir workshops e sessões de design com stakeholders dos clientes para alinhar casos de uso, fluxos de trabalho e critérios de sucesso, além de coletar feedback para aprimorar a plataforma. Trabalhar em estreita colaboração com os FDEs para garantir uma implementação bem-sucedida, desenvolver novas capacidades quando necessário e contribuir com melhorias para a plataforma como um todo.

Responsabilidades e atribuições

Como Forward Deployed Product Manager (FDE) - Agente de IA, você será responsável por criar, implementar e otimizar Agentes de IA que transformam os negócios de nossos clientes e proporcionam experiências excepcionais aos seus consumidores. Esta é uma posição altamente estratégica, multifuncional e voltada para o cliente, combinando visão de produto, capacidade de identificar oportunidades de geração de valor e liderança de projetos junto a executivos seniores.

No final do dia, você será o principal responsável pelos Agentes de IA e pelos resultados que eles geram para os clientes, encarando esse compromisso de forma pessoal. Procuramos alguém criativo, pragmático e orientado à resolução de problemas, que se destaque em ambientes dinâmicos, tenha atitude "mão na massa" e seja capaz de transformar cenários ambíguos em execução eficiente.

Nesta função, você trabalhará em parceria com os Forward Deployed Engineers (FDEs), responsáveis por apoiar o desenvolvimento, as integrações e a otimização dos Agentes de IA. Também colaborará estreitamente com as equipes de Produto e Engenharia, fornecendo feedback contínuo e contribuindo para a evolução da plataforma por meio de novas ferramentas e melhorias.

Requisitos e qualificações O que buscamosSólida experiência em Consultoria de Tecnologia, Implementações, Gestão de Produtos ou Customer Success, preferencialmente trabalhando com produtos baseados em IA ou Large Language Models (LLMs).Perfil prático e orientado à ação, com curiosidade, proatividade e capacidade de antecipar necessidades e gargalos, entregando soluções com agilidade e excelência.Experiência na liderança de implantações complexas, gestão de relacionamento com clientes (incluindo executivos e stakeholders seniores) e atuação em equipes multidisciplinares.Forte compreensão técnica, pensamento sistêmico e familiaridade com o desenvolvimento de agentes de IA (não necessariamente conversacionais; projetos pessoais também são considerados).Conforto para trabalhar em ambientes de alta ambiguidade, aprendendo rapidamente e se adaptando a contextos de startup.Paixão por Inteligência Artificial, automação e pela transformação da experiência do cliente.DiferenciaisExperiência prévia em Product Management, Conversation Design ou Forward Deployed Engineering.Vivência em startups ou empresas SaaS de alto crescimento.Conhecimento de operações de suporte ao cliente e contact centers.
