Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesDefinir e gerenciar a estratégia do produto, roadmap, prioridades e backlog.Traduzir as necessidades dos clientes em requisitos, histórias de usuários e critérios de aceitação.Colaborar com as equipes de Engenharia, Design, Dados, IA, Customer Success, Pré-vendas e Marketing.Interagir com usuários finais e com a área de Customer Success para coletar feedbacks e aprimorar o produto.Pesquisar tendências de mercado, concorrentes, novas capacidades de IA e casos de uso emergentes.Apoiar a equipe de Value Engineering com modelagens financeiras básicas, cálculos de ROI e construção de business cases para clientes.Criar e revisar documentações de produto e materiais de marketing.Acompanhar a adoção do produto, desempenho, resultados dos clientes e impacto no negócio.Participar de práticas ágeis, incluindo refinamento de backlog, planejamento de sprints, revisões de produto e retrospectivas.

Requisitos e qualificações

Experiência em Gestão de Produto (Product Management), preferencialmente em soluções de IA, SaaS, automação, atendimento ao cliente ou softwares corporativos.Experiência com metodologias ágeis, como Scrum ou Kanban.Capacidade de colaborar de forma eficaz com equipes técnicas e equipes voltadas ao cliente.Forte habilidade em descoberta de produto (product discovery), priorização, análise e comunicação.Mentalidade orientada ao cliente e interesse genuíno em interagir com usuários finais.Interesse em pesquisa de mercado, análise competitiva, modelagem financeira e documentação de produtos.Experiência prática no uso de ferramentas de IA para pesquisa, análise e criação de conteúdo.Português e Inglês em nível B2 ou superior.Espanhol será considerado um diferencial.
