Requisitos e qualificações🔍 O que buscamos:Formação:Ensino superior completo em áreas como Administração, Engenharia, Sistemas de Informação, Ciência da Computação ou correlatas.Conhecimentos e Habilidades:Experiência sólida em gestão de produtos digitais (SaaS), atuando em todo o ciclo de vida do produto.Experiência em liderança e desenvolvimento de times de Produto.Domínio de metodologias ágeis (Scrum, Kanban) e de frameworks de discovery e priorização.Forte capacidade analítica e de tomada de decisão baseada em dados (KPIs e métricas de produto).Excelente comunicação e habilidade para influenciar e alinhar múltiplos stakeholders.Desejáveis (não obrigatórios):Experiência no setor de logística, transporte, telemetria ou gestão de frotas.Conhecimento em ferramentas de analytics e product management (ex.: Amplitude, Mixpanel, Jira, Productboard).Vivência com produtos voltados a mobile e/ou dados e IA.
