Estamos em busca de um(a) Gerente de Produtos, com experiência em soluções tecnológicas. Essa pessoa será responsável por entender os desafios de negócios dos clientes e revendas, propondo e apresentando soluções alinhadas às suas necessidades.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesLiderar a estratégia comercial de soluções de infraestrutura com foco em canais e revendas.Gerar novas oportunidades de negócio por meio de prospecção ativa, reuniões consultivas e gestão do funil de vendas.Desenvolver relacionamentos com parceiros e integradores, promovendo treinamentos, ativações e campanhas de vendas.Conduzir apresentações comerciais, demonstrações da plataforma e negociações de ponta a ponta.Manter o CRM atualizado e reportar métricas de desempenho, pipeline e conversão à gestão.Atuar em conjunto com os times de marketing e fabricante para alinhar campanhas, metas e estratégias de penetração de mercado.Requisitos e qualificaçõesExperiência em vendas de soluções tecnológicas, preferencialmente no segmento de infraestrutura;Capacidade de autogerenciamento e perfil hands-on para desenvolver o portfólio.Excelente capacidade de comunicação verbal e escrita, em português e inglês técnico.Ensino superior completo nas áreas de Administração, Marketing, Tecnologia ou correlatas.DiferenciaisExperiência em vendas via canais (revendas, integradores, MSPs);Conhecimento prévio em soluções de virtualização e gestão de ativos;Informações adicionaisVale-refeição flexível de R$ 39,00/dia, utilizável em mercados ou restaurantes;Vale-transporte ou vaga no estacionamento;Bicicletário e vestiário;Total Pass – Desconto em academia, para você e até 3 dependentes;Swile Multibenefícios (Assistência Nutricional, Psicológica e Telemedicina);Assistência médica Amil, custeado 70% pela empresa;Assistência odontológica Porto Seguro;Seguro de vida;Ginástica laboral;Day Off no dia do seu aniversário;Modelo de trabalho híbrido: 4 dias presenciais e 1 dia em home office.
