Buscamos um(a) Gerente de Programa Pleno com experiência comprovada na gestão de projetos de alta complexidade, preferencialmente internacionais, envolvendo sistemas MES/MON ou sistemas de controle de linha de produção.O profissional será responsável pelo planejamento, acompanhamento e gerenciamento das atividades do programa, garantindo o cumprimento dos prazos, a comunicação entre as partes envolvidas e a resolução de problemas ao longo da execução do projeto.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesGerenciar projetos de alta complexidade, incluindo projetos internacionais.Planejar, monitorar e controlar cronogramas, entregas, riscos e recursos do projeto.Coordenar equipes multidisciplinares e promover o alinhamento entre as partes interessadas.Acompanhar indicadores de desempenho e garantir o cumprimento dos objetivos estabelecidos.Identificar riscos, solucionar problemas e conduzir negociações necessárias para o andamento do projeto.Utilizar ferramentas e metodologias de gerenciamento de projetos para monitorar as atividades e entregas.Manter uma comunicação clara e efetiva com stakeholders nacionais e internacionais.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesExperiência comprovada em gerenciamento de grandes projetos MES/MON ou sistemas de controle de linha de produção.Experiência comprovada em gerenciamento de projetos internacionais de alta complexidade.Sólidos conhecimentos em gerenciamento de projetos e suas principais ferramentas de gestão.Inglês avançado ou fluente.Habilidades de liderança, comunicação, negociação, resolução de problemas e gestão do tempo.Disponibilidade para atuação presencial.
