Gerenciar projetos de Tecnologia da Informação, conectando as necessidades do negócio ao planejamento e à execução das entregas. Atuar no Escritório de Projetos (PMO), com foco em previsibilidade, transparência, gestão de riscos e resultados para a organização. 

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesGerenciar os projetos de tecnologia de ponta a ponta, desde a descoberta (discovery ou pré-projeto) ao encerramento, acompanhando escopo, prazo, custo, qualidade e resultados esperados. Conduzir a descoberta (Discovery) com as áreas de negócio e tecnologia, facilitando entrevistas e workshops para compreender problemas, mapear processos, avaliar alternativas e elaborar soluções de negócio consolidando escopo inicial, prioridades, riscos, orçamento e critérios de sucesso.Elaborar e manter diretamente o planejamento dos projetos, com estrutura analítica do projeto (EAP), cronograma integrado, dependências, responsáveis, linha de base e planos de ação conforme necessário.Aplicar metodologias e boas práticas de gestão de projetos e adaptando abordagens preditivas, ágeis ou híbridas ao contexto e à maturidade das equipes.Garantir a qualidade dos processos e informações de gestão dos projetos, conforme políticas e diretrizes da empresa.Gerenciar projetos internos ou através de consultorias, acompanhando compromissos, entregas e critérios de aceite acordados.Mapear riscos, impedimentos e dependências, definir ações de resposta com os responsáveis e escalar decisões com antecedência e alternativas.Conduzir projetos de grande porte e alta complexidade, integrando múltiplas frentes, equipes, fornecedores e dependências, com atenção aos impactos na operação.Propor e monitorar melhorias nos processos de gestão de projetos, contribuindo para a evolução da governança do PMO.Elaborar análises e relatórios executivos que apresentem status, marcos, desvios, impactos e decisões necessárias à alta gestão.Manter comunicação clara com as partes interessadas, conduzir reuniões objetivas e registrar decisões, ações, responsáveis e prazos, acompanhando sua conclusão.Avaliar solicitações de mudança, explicitar impactos em escopo, prazo e custo e apoiar a decisão e a priorização com os patrocinadores.Coordenar o aceite das entregas e a transição para a operação, incluindo planos de implantação e estabilização quando aplicáveis.Requisitos e qualificaçõesGraduação em Tecnologia da Informação, Engenharia, Administração ou áreas correlatas.Pós-graduação ou MBA em Gestão de Projetos ou áreas correlatas.Experiência comprovada na condução de projetos de tecnologia de grande porte e alta complexidade, com múltiplas frentes, fornecedores e áreas de negócio.Conhecimento aplicado de metodologias, frameworks e boas práticas de gestão de projetos.Informações adicionais Certificação PMP ativa.Vivência em projetos de ERP, integrações de sistemas, dados, processos corporativos ou adequações regulatórias. Experiência em empresas de grande porte, operações distribuídas, logística ou transporte. Uso de inteligência artificial nos processos de gestão de projetos, visando o máximo de eficiência e qualidade.
