Candidate-se agora ou entre em contato para mais informações.Responsibilities and AttributionsPrincipais Responsabilidades✅ Gerenciar projetos de implantação e manutenção de redes FTTH, incluindo atividades de instalação, manutenção preventiva e corretiva, reparos e migração de rede (cutover).✅ Coordenar equipes de campo, supervisores, fornecedores e empresas terceirizadas, garantindo a execução eficiente dos projetos.✅ Monitorar indicadores operacionais (KPIs), SLAs, produtividade das equipes, qualidade das instalações e eficiência dos serviços.✅ Acompanhar cronogramas, distribuição de recursos, gestão de riscos e resolução de problemas críticos durante a execução dos projetos.✅ Garantir elevados índices de qualidade, cumprimento dos prazos, First-Time Fix, redução de retrabalho e satisfação do cliente.✅ Trabalhar em conjunto com clientes, equipes de engenharia, planejamento e operações para assegurar a entrega dos projetos conforme escopo, prazo e qualidade.Requisites and QualificationsRequisitos✔ Formação superior em Engenharia, Telecomunicações, Tecnologia da Informação ou áreas correlatas.✔ Experiência mínima de 5 anos em projetos FTTH, implantação de redes ópticas, manutenção ou operações de telecomunicações.✔ Experiência prática em implantação, manutenção, reparos, migração de rede (cutover) e gestão de operações de campo.✔ Experiência em gestão de equipes, fornecedores e empresas terceirizadas.✔ Conhecimento em indicadores operacionais, SLAs, KPIs, produtividade, qualidade e gestão de custos.✔ Disponibilidade para viagens frequentes em todo o Brasil.
