Buscamos Gerentes de Projetos (GPs) para atuação em um projeto estratégico de implantação de ERP em uma empresa de grande porte do segmento de varejo.Os profissionais serão responsáveis pela gestão das frentes do projeto, atuando na interface entre áreas de negócio, tecnologia, fornecedores e demais stakeholders, garantindo a execução do projeto dentro do escopo, prazo e qualidade esperados.É fundamental possuir experiência prévia no segmento de varejo e em projetos de implantação de ERP, além de capacidade para atuar em ambientes complexos, com múltiplas frentes, integrações e stakeholders.Principais responsabilidadesGerenciar frentes de um projeto de implantação de ERP;Planejar e acompanhar escopo, cronograma, milestones, entregas e dependências;Coordenar atividades entre times de negócio, tecnologia, parceiros e fornecedores;Conduzir ritos de acompanhamento, reuniões de status e fóruns de decisão;Identificar, acompanhar e mitigar riscos, impedimentos e desvios;Gerenciar dependências entre diferentes frentes e sistemas envolvidos no projeto;Acompanhar planos de ação e garantir o cumprimento dos compromissos estabelecidos;Consolidar e comunicar status, indicadores, riscos e decisões aos stakeholders;Apoiar a gestão de mudanças de escopo, prioridades e cronograma;Atuar de forma próxima às áreas de negócio, compreendendo os impactos da implantação nos processos de varejo.Requisitos obrigatóriosExperiência sólida como Gerente de Projetos / Project Manager em projetos de tecnologia;Experiência comprovada em projetos de implantação de ERP;Experiência no segmento de varejo;Vivência em projetos complexos envolvendo múltiplos times, fornecedores e stakeholders;Experiência na gestão de escopo, cronograma, riscos, dependências e planos de ação;Capacidade de interlocução entre áreas de negócio e tecnologia;Boa comunicação, organização, liderança e capacidade de negociação;Perfil proativo, orientado à resolução de problemas e entrega de resultados;Disponibilidade para atuação 100% presencial em Porto Alegre/RS, de segunda a sexta-feira.Conhecimentos desejáveisExperiência com Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP;Experiência com Oracle Retail;Participação em projetos de implantação, rollout ou transformação envolvendo soluções Oracle;Inglês fluente, com capacidade de comunicação em ambientes profissionais e projetos com stakeholders internacionais;Conhecimento de processos de varejo, como compras, abastecimento, estoque, pricing, financeiro, fiscal e operações de loja;Experiência em ambientes com múltiplos fornecedores e integrações entre sistemas;Conhecimento de metodologias Ágeis, Híbridas e/ou Waterfall;Certificações relacionadas à gestão de projetos, como PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum ou similares.Profissional com senso de ownership, capacidade de navegar em ambientes complexos e habilidade para conectar as necessidades de negócio com as frentes de tecnologia.Buscamos alguém com postura de liderança, capacidade de negociação e habilidade para organizar diferentes frentes de trabalho, antecipando riscos, removendo impedimentos e garantindo a evolução das entregas.Experiência em varejo e implantação de ERP são requisitos essenciais para a posição.
