Buscamos uma pessoa para atuar como Gerente de Projetos (PMO), com foco na condução de projetos de média complexidade, sendo responsável pela gestão integral de projetos de implantação de sofware corporativos para clientes do setor público, garantindo a execução dos projetos dentro dos requisitos de escopo, prazo, custo, qualidade e satisfação do cliente.Inscreva-se abaixo!Responsabilidades e atribuições Gerenciar projetos de implantação de software de ponta a ponta, desde a iniciação até o encerramento.Elaborar e acompanhar cronogramas, planos de ação e marcos do projeto.Realizar gestão de escopo, prazo, custo, qualidade e riscos.Coordenar recursos e realizar alocação de profissionais conforme demandas dos projetos.Priorizar atividades e garantir o direcionamento adequado das equipes envolvidas.Conduzir reuniões de acompanhamento com clientes e stakeholders internos.Monitorar indicadores de desempenho e status dos projetos.Atuar na gestão de mudanças e mitigação de riscos.Garantir alinhamento entre expectativas do cliente e entregas realizadas.Gerenciar múltiplos projetos simultaneamente.Apoiar processos de melhoria contínua relacionados à gestão de projetos.Produzir relatórios executivos e apresentações de acompanhamento.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesEsperamos que você tenhaFormação superior completoExperiência em gestão de projetos, atuando em todas as fases, desde o planejamento até o controle e encerramento.Viviência com gestão de recursos e orçamentos.Conhecimento em metodologias de gestão de projetos preditivas e ágeis.Vivência com ferramentas de gestão de projetos.Vivência projetos de implantação de Software e/ou ERP.Boa capacidade de planejamento, acompanhamento e organização de projetos.Experiência com gestão de mudanças e gestão de riscos.Conhecimentos básicos em tecnologia da informação.Domínio do Pacote Office.Conhecimentos básicos em Tecnologia da Informação.E será um diferencial se você tiverVivência em estrutura formal de PMO.Experiência com gestão simultânea de múltiplos projetos.Certificações em gestão de projetos ou metodologias ágeis.Certificações em gerenciamento de projetos (PMP, CAPM, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master ou similares).Experiência com o sistema Lyceum.Experiência no segmento de educação.Conhecimento em transformação digital e gestão de processos.Inglês avançado.Além disso, consideramos competências importantesBuscamos uma pessoa com forte capacidade de articulação, organização e condução de projetos, que consiga atuar com visão sistêmica, boa comunicação e foco em resultado, equilibrando demandas, expectativas e diferentes stakeholders ao longo da jornada do projeto.Habilidade em negociação, comunicação clara e gestão de stakeholders.Proatividade, organização e foco em resultados.Capacidade de lidar com múltiplos projetos simultaneamente.
