Monitorar indicadores, elaborar relatórios gerenciais e conduzir reuniões de acompanhamento com clientes e demais stakeholders.  Gerenciar riscos, mudanças, desvios contratuais e pleitos ao longo da execução dos projetos.  Liderar equipes próprias e terceirizadas, promovendo alinhamento, performance e segurança das operações.  Apoiar a elaboração de propostas técnicas e comerciais.Requisitos e qualificaçõesCompetências Técnicas: Formação superior em Engenharia. Experiência mínima de 5 anos em gerenciamento de projetos de obras e instalações eletromecânicas no segmento farmacêutico. Experiência em gestão de contratos, planejamento, controle de custos, cronogramas e riscos. Vivência na coordenação de equipes multidisciplinares de engenharia, construção, montagem e comissionamento. Conhecimento e aplicação de metodologias de gerenciamento de projetos (PMBOK, PMI, Agile, Lean Construction ou similares). Experiência em montagem, desmontagem e movimentação de equipamentos industriais. Conhecimento de processos industriais farmacêuticos e requisitos GMP. Disponibilidade para viagens.
