Venha fazer parte de uma empresa que ama transformar com tecnologia e abraça a diversidade em todas as suas formas!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesa) Apoiar na definição e manutenção do Roadmap dos produtos em desenvolvimento paralelo;b) Apoiar na estratégia de implantação encadeada de versões de software;c) Planejar as entregas de versões para implantação;d) Apoiar na priorização do backlog do produto;e) Apoiar os coordenadores Caixa no planejamento, execução e controle dos projetos, acompanhar o andamento dos sprints buscando garantir o cumprimento dos compromissos em prazo, custo e qualidade.CONHECIMENTO / ATIVIDADES :Aplicar o conhecimento, as habilidades, as ferramentas e as técnicas de gerenciamento de projeto a uma ampla variedade de tarefas para atender aos requisitos e entregar um resultado final para um projeto específico, sendo necessário:a) Experiência no domínio do aplicativo e no desenvolvimento de software;b) Habilidades de análise e gerenciamento de riscos, estimativa, planejamento e análise de decisões; Habilidades de apresentação, comunicação e negociação;c) Mostrar capacidade de liderança e de desenvolver o espírito de equipe;d) Capacidade de gerenciamento de tempo e triagem e um histórico de decisões acertadas tomadas rapidamente em situações de stress;e) Ter habilidade no relacionamento interpessoal e mostrar bom senso na seleção de pessoal;f) Ser objetivo na definição e avaliação do trabalho, assegurando a participação de toda a equipe na co-criação dos planos;g) Ter como objetivo agregar valor ao produto de modo que este atenda às expectativas do gestor de negócio e cliente;h) Conhecimento em gerência de projetos;i) Conhecimento dos frameworks/práticas abaixo:a. RUM;b.sAFe;c. Lean Kanban;d. lean Startup;e.project Model Canvas;Requisitos e qualificaçõesImprescindível:1) Graduação em curso de nível superior na área de Tecnologia da Informação, ou conclusão de qualquer curso de nível superior acompanhado de certificado de curso de pós-graduação (especialização, mestrado ou doutorado) na área de Tecnologia da Informação de, no mínimo, 360 horas;2) Sólida experiência em  projetos de TI3) CERTIFICAÇÃO DESEJADA:Pelo menos umas das certificações abaixo, ou equivalente:• PMI-ACP – Profissional Certificado em Métodos Ágeis do PMI®;• SAFe Agilist (SA);• PSM - Professional Scrum Master.
