Procuramos uma pessoa Gerente de Projetos, responsável por ser ponto de contato entre o time de Negócios e os demais da agência· Essa pessoa será a principal responsável pela condução dos trabalhos dentro da agência, desde a fase do Kick-off, cronograma, planejamento até sua conclusão.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesGestão de Projetos: gerenciar diariamente cronogramas de campanhas, lançamentos e contratos de ponta a ponta.Controle de Escopo: definir e controlar o escopo, premissas, restrições e requisitos técnicos.Ponto Focal: atuar como elo principal entre o Atendimento e os times de criação, estratégia, digital, produção etc.Monitoramento: acompanhar diariamente o progresso, prazos e aprovações, garantindo padrões de qualidade e SLAs estabelecidos.Gestão de Riscos: Identificar riscos potenciais e colaborar na mitigação para evitar atrasos.Alocação de Pauta: responsável por alocar a pauta da equipe, apontar as horas de esforço estimado em conjunto com os líderes.Guardião do Prazos: garantir através de cronogramas e acompanhamento constante da pauta que os projetos ocorram de acordo com o prazo combinado com e cliente.Requisitos e qualificaçõesSuperior completo em Publicidade e Propaganda, Relações Públicas, Administração ou áreas correlatas;Organização e proatividade;Habilidade com ferramentas de Gestão de Projetos e Cronogramas;Experiência em atendimento de contas / gestão de projetos em agências;Desenvoltura para se comunicar com todas as áreas da agência e diferentes níveis gerencias;Proatividade para negociar prazos, cobrar entregas e resolver problemas com autonomia;Gestão do tempo e facilidade para lidar com múltiplas demandas;Pensamento analítico para leitura de indicadores e apoio a tomadas de decisão.Experiência com relatórios e análises de dados.Maturidade e resistência para fazer follow-ups com os times.Proatividade e prontidão para propor soluções.Gestão Consultiva.Informações adicionaisModelo Híbrido (3x Presencial)Férias13ºPJ
