Estamos buscando um(a) Gerente de Projetos de RPA para liderar e acompanhar o portfólio de projetos de automação, garantindo a execução das iniciativas dentro dos prazos, escopo, qualidade e expectativas dos clientes.O profissional será responsável pela gestão simultânea de múltiplos projetos, atuando como principal ponto de integração entre clientes, áreas de negócio, analistas de processos, desenvolvedores, arquitetos e demais stakeholders.É fundamental possuir inglês fluente, experiência prévia com projetos de RPA/Automação e capacidade de transitar entre discussões executivas, funcionais e técnicas.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesGerenciar o portfólio de projetos de RPA, acompanhando cronogramas, entregas, riscos, dependências e prioridades;Coordenar simultaneamente múltiplos projetos;Realizar o planejamento dos projetos, definição de milestones, acompanhamento de atividades e gestão de capacidade dos times;Atuar diretamente com clientes e stakeholders nacionais e internacionais;Conduzir reuniões de kickoff, status report, steering committees e reuniões executivas;Garantir que requisitos, escopo e critérios de aceite estejam claramente definidos;Acompanhar as etapas de Discovery, desenvolvimento, testes, UAT, implantação e hypercare;Identificar riscos, impedimentos e desvios, criando e acompanhando planos de ação;Gerenciar mudanças de escopo e alinhar impactos em prazo, esforço e recursos;Monitorar indicadores dos projetos, produtividade, utilização da equipe e cumprimento dos SLAs;Garantir a comunicação entre áreas de negócio, times técnicos, infraestrutura, segurança e demais envolvidos;Apoiar a priorização do backlog de automações;Garantir a correta documentação dos projetos, incluindo PDD, SDD, planos de projeto, evidências de testes e documentação de implantação;Apoiar estimativas de esforço, planejamento de recursos e formação das equipes;Acompanhar demandas de sustentação e melhorias após a implantação;Promover boas práticas, governança e padronização no ciclo de desenvolvimento de automações;Elaborar relatórios gerenciais e executivos sobre status, riscos, capacidade e performance do portfólio.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesO que precisamos que você tenha de conhecimento:Experiência comprovada em gestão de projetos de RPA, automação ou transformação digital;Conhecimento do ciclo de vida completo de projetos de RPA, desde Discovery até implantação e sustentação;Conhecimento de ferramentas de RPA como UiPath, Blue Prism, Power Automate, Automation Anywhere ou similares;Inglês fluente, com capacidade para conduzir reuniões, apresentações e negociações com clientes internacionais;Experiência em gestão de múltiplos projetos simultaneamente;Experiência em gestão de equipes multidisciplinares;Conhecimento de metodologias ágeis, como Scrum e Kanban, além de modelos tradicionais de gestão de projetos;Forte capacidade de organização, priorização e gestão de conflitos;Excelente comunicação e relacionamento com clientes e stakeholders;Capacidade de identificar riscos, tomar decisões e conduzir planos de ação;Experiência com ferramentas de gestão de projetos e backlog, como Jira, Azure DevOps, Monday, ServiceNow ou similares;Conhecimento de indicadores de projetos, KPIs, SLAs, gestão de capacidade e acompanhamento financeiro.

Diferenciais:Certificações como PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, SAFe ou similares;Certificações ou experiência prática em plataformas de RPA;Experiência em estruturas de RPA Center of Excellence (CoE);Experiência com projetos envolvendo IA, OCR/IDP, BPM, APIs, Power Platform ou GenAI;Experiência em gestão de projetos globais, com equipes distribuídas em diferentes países e fusos horários;Experiência com gestão financeira de projetos, forecast, budget, margem e alocação de recursos.
