Estamos em busca de um(a) Gerente de Projetos Sênior para atuar em projetos estratégicos de Tecnologia, conectando negócio, TI e fornecedores e garantindo governança, qualidade e evolução das entregas.Como será o seu dia a dia:Apoio à gestão de portfólio de projetos;Gerenciar expectativas e prontidão das diversas áreas do clienteCondução de projetos de alta complexidade;Suporte as rotinas operacionais do PMO;Garantia de governança, do controle de prazos, custos, riscos e qualidade das entregas;Utilizar e propor melhorias nas documentações internas de governança de projetos;Planejar, acompanhar e controlar os projetos, incluindo cronograma, custos, riscos, dependências e marcos relevantes;Planejar, conduzir e registrar reuniões de projeto em suas respectivas fases, assegurando alinhamento entre as partes envolvidas;Prestar suporte operacional ao PMO, incluindo criação e atualização de status reports, atas de reunião, controles de ações e registros de acompanhamento;Elaborar e atualizar cronogramas em ferramentas de mercado, tais como MS Project, Planner ou equivalentes;Executar a gestão de riscos, problemas, pendências e solicitações de mudança, com registro, acompanhamento e reporte periódico; Apoiar o controle de backlog e a priorização de demandas junto às áreas de negócio e de TI;Atuar como interface entre áreas de negócio, TI e fornecedores, promovendo alinhamento, comunicação e acompanhamento das entregas;Interação com o time técnico (desenvolvimento e infraestrutura) da consultoria e do cliente;Apoiar a elaboração de business cases, estudos de viabilidade e justificativas para tomada de decisão;Assegurar a aplicação de metodologias e boas práticas de gerenciamento de projetos, incluindo abordagens preditivas, ágeis ou híbridas, conforme a natureza da demanda;Status report padrão, com periodicidade semanal, ou conforme alinhamento prévio, contemplando no mínimo andamento, marcos, riscos, pendências, decisões e próximos passos;Dashboard de programa, com periodicidade mensal, contendo visão consolidada de status, riscos, marcos, desvios e indicadores executivos;Artefatos de projeto, quando aplicáveis, tais como termo de abertura, plano de projeto, registro de riscos, mudanças, atas, lições aprendidas e documentação de encerramento;

Requisitos e qualificações Experiência, liderando projetos estratégicos e multidepartamentais;Experiência em comunicação e negociação com stakeholders de diferentes níveis hierárquicos, em especial nível executivo;Experiência em plataformas ERP (SAP, TOTvs  e suas integrações), preferencialmente envolvendo área fiscal e contábil;Experiência em projetos de desenvolvimento de sistemas, desde sua concepção até o encerramento;Proficiência em metodologias de gestão de projetos (ágil, tradicional, híbrido);Experiência com ferramentas de gestão de projetos, como MS Project, JIRA, Asana, Trello, Monday, ServiceNow, Power BI ou similares;Experiência em MS Office avançado;Habilidades de liderança, gestão de conflitos e negociação;Experiência em controlar orçamentos e recursos;Excelentes habilidades de comunicação e gerenciamento de tempo;Atitude pró-ativa, senso de dono e foco no cliente e resultados;Capacidade de realizar análise de risco e gestão de portfólio de projetos;Conhecimento sobre gestão de mudanças e como impactam os projetos;Experiência em programas estratégicos multi departamentais, tais como M&A, Transformação Digital ou Organizacional em larga escala etc;

Informações adicionais

Formação em Engenharia, Administração, TI ou áreas correlatas.Certificações desejáveis: PMP ou CAPM (PMI),Certificações em métodos ágeis (Scrum Master).Inglés intermediário.
