A OnSet está em busca de Gerentes de Projetos Sênior para atuar em projetos estratégicos de tecnologia, liderando iniciativas de implantação de sistemas e aplicações de software em um ambiente de alta complexidade e com interação com equipes globais.Buscamos profissionais com sólida experiência em gerenciamento de projetos, capacidade de liderança e visão analítica, que garantam a execução das iniciativas dentro dos prazos, custos, escopo e padrões de qualidade estabelecidos.As oportunidades contemplam duas frentes de atuação: projetos envolvendo sistemas Non-ERP e migração SAP S/4HANA; e projetos que também demandam experiência ou conhecimento em Cyber Security.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesPlanejar, executar, monitorar e controlar projetos, garantindo o cumprimento de prazos, custos, escopo e qualidade.Elaborar e manter atualizados os planos de projeto, cronogramas, matrizes de riscos, controles de custos e planos de comunicação.Gerenciar riscos, recursos, aquisições, integrações e comunicações relacionados aos projetos.Coordenar o alinhamento entre áreas de negócio, infraestrutura, suporte, segurança e demais equipes envolvidas.Atuar em parceria com os gerentes de projeto das consultorias responsáveis pelo desenvolvimento das soluções.Acompanhar a contratação de consultorias e garantir a entrega dos documentos previstos na metodologia de gerenciamento de projetos.Planejar e acompanhar testes integrados, evidências de testes e correções de erros identificados.Coordenar o planejamento de treinamentos para usuários-chave e equipes de suporte.Acompanhar a preparação do ambiente produtivo, o go-live e a operação assistida.Participar das reuniões de acompanhamento do portfólio de projetos.Gerenciar até quatro projetos simultaneamente, incluindo um de alta complexidade e outros de média ou baixa complexidade.Utilizar as ferramentas e metodologias de gestão adotadas pelo cliente, garantindo a atualização das informações e o acompanhamento da evolução dos projetos.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesExperiência comprovada em gerenciamento de projetos internacionais e de alta complexidade.Inglês avançado ou fluente.Experiência em planejamento, execução, monitoramento e controle de projetos de tecnologia.Conhecimento sólido em gerenciamento de escopo, cronograma, custos, riscos, integração, aquisições e comunicação.Experiência com a ferramenta JIRA e com plataformas de acompanhamento de projetos e PMO.Capacidade de liderança, negociação, comunicação e resolução de problemas.Disponibilidade para atuação em modelo híbrido, com eventuais demandas presenciais.Experiência ou conhecimento em projetos envolvendo sistemas Non-ERP.Experiência em implementação SAP e migração para SAP S/4HANA.Experiência ou conhecimento em Cyber Security.Conhecimento ou experiência em projetos de tecnologia, preferencialmente envolvendo sistemas Non-ERP e migração SAP S/4HANA.Formação acadêmicaGraduação completa: Sistemas de Informação;Ciência da Computação;Engenharia da Computação;Análise e Desenvolvimento de Sistemas;Áreas correlatas.

DiferenciaisExperiência anterior em projetos de implementação SAP e migração para S/4HANA.Vivência em ambientes corporativos globais.Experiência em projetos relacionados à segurança da informação e Cyber Security.Conhecimento em metodologias e boas práticas de gerenciamento de projetos.Experiência com metodologias, processos e ferramentas de PMO.
