Estamos em busca de um(a) Gerente de Projetos Sênior para atuar em um importante projeto de expansão industrial, integrando diferentes frentes de trabalho e contribuindo para o acompanhamento e a governança do projeto.Buscamos um profissional com experiência em gerenciamento de projetos, visão sistêmica, organização e capacidade de acompanhar cronogramas, indicadores, orçamento, riscos e planos de ação.Você terá atuação próxima às áreas envolvidas no projeto, conduzindo reuniões, realizando follow-ups, consolidando informações e acompanhando a evolução das atividades, contribuindo para o cumprimento dos prazos e dos principais marcos do projeto.Vem ser OnSet!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesCoordenar reuniões de acompanhamento do projeto;Realizar follow-up das ações, pendências e planos de ação;Elaborar, acompanhar e manter atualizados os cronogramas do projeto;Consolidar indicadores e elaborar relatórios gerenciais e executivos;Acompanhar a evolução do orçamento do projeto;Apoiar a definição, organização e acompanhamento de processos;Monitorar riscos, pendências, dependências e evolução das atividades;Acompanhar presencialmente as atividades relacionadas ao projeto, incluindo visitas às áreas de atuação quando necessário;Atuar como ponto focal na integração das diferentes frentes de trabalho;Preparar apresentações e informações para acompanhamento executivo;Elaborar atas de reuniões e acompanhar os respectivos desdobramentos;Manter atualizados os indicadores e informações de status do projeto;Apoiar a governança do projeto, contribuindo para o cumprimento de prazos, orçamento e marcos estabelecidos;Elaborar relatórios periódicos contendo status do projeto, indicadores, riscos, pendências e planos de ação.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Superior completo;Especialização ou certificação em Gestão de Projetos;Experiência em gerenciamento de projetos industriais, infraestrutura ou expansão de plantas;Experiência com gestão e acompanhamento de cronogramas, utilizando MS Project ou ferramenta similar;Domínio do Pacote Office, especialmente Excel e PowerPoint;Conhecimento na elaboração e acompanhamento de indicadores e dashboards;Inglês avançado;Disponibilidade para atuação presencial e acompanhamento das atividades em campo, quando necessário.
