📌 Resumo da Oportunidade Estamos em busca de um(a) Senior SAP Project / Program Manager para atuar em iniciativas estratégicas de transformação digital, modernização de ambientes SAP e programas de migração para SAP S/4HANA utilizando RISE with SAP. O profissional será responsável pela liderança de projetos e programas de alta complexidade, garantindo entregas alinhadas ao prazo, orçamento, qualidade e objetivos de negócio. Além da experiência em gestão de projetos SAP, é fundamental possuir sólida atuação em gestão financeira de projetos, incluindo planejamento orçamentário, forecast, controle de custos, gestão de CAPEX/OPEX, business cases e governança financeira.

Responsabilidades e atribuições Principais ResponsabilidadesLiderar projetos e programas SAP de grande porte, com foco em SAP S/4HANA e RISE with SAP.Gerenciar todo o ciclo de vida dos projetos, desde planejamento até implantação e estabilização.Coordenar equipes multidisciplinares compostas por consultores, parceiros, áreas de negócio e TI.Atuar como principal interface entre cliente, áreas de negócio, SAP e fornecedores.Conduzir governança executiva, comitês de acompanhamento e reportes para a liderança.Gerenciar cronogramas, escopo, orçamento, riscos, dependências e indicadores de desempenho.Garantir aderência às metodologias SAP Activate, Agile, Waterfall e modelos híbridos.Apoiar iniciativas de transformação digital e modernização tecnológica.Realizar controle financeiro dos projetos, incluindo:Planejamento orçamentário;Controle de custos;Forecast financeiro;Gestão de CAPEX e OPEX;Elaboração e acompanhamento de business cases.Gerenciar fornecedores, parceiros e contratos.Apoiar a gestão da mudança organizacional e a adoção das soluções implementadas.

Requisitos e qualificações Experiência

Experiência como sênior em gestão de projetos e programas SAP. Experiência comprovada em projetos de transformação para SAP S/4HANA. Vivência prática em iniciativas utilizando RISE with SAP. Experiência em migrações:

Greenfield; Brownfield; Selective Data Transition.

Histórico de atuação em projetos de grande porte e alta complexidade. Experiência no gerenciamento de múltiplos stakeholders e equipes multidisciplinares. Forte experiência em gestão financeira aplicada a projetos e programas.
